I've found ways to avoid spending time at the bank but when I do visit, I feel like I'm their only client. I'm so happy we made the change from a bigger bank to Fidelity.

I would not be were I am today with out Fidelity believing in me at the age of 20 to purchase my first business. 23 years later they are still believing in me and my company. Molly Zahn5We have missed this type of Customer Service. My husband and I moved all our accounts to Fidelity from a big national bank. The difference is hands down OUTSTANDING. You call and actually can talk to your banker...yes YOUR BANKER. Teresa has been excellent helping us move all our accounts, she even call me...she emails me and I can reach her anytime during business hours. If you are looking for outstanding customer service this is the place to go. We are so happy with our move.

Jessica Rinker5I would give 100 stars if I could. I have never been happier with a bank than with fidelity, especially my specific branch—shout out to Mooresville NC staff! Fidelity is ALWAYS there for my needs and issues no matter what they are. They are always friendly and treat their customers like close friends/family; and they are all great at their jobs/competent. The banking app is user friendly and wonderful, so is just going online. Even though I live in SC now and they don’t have a branch here, they are just a phone call or email away and I’m still just as satisfied. I think the only possible con and it’s not even big is if I want to use an atm I would have a fee of course because they don’t have any down here and I’d have to use a cashpoints or equivalent, but if I really need cash I just do cash back at a store purchase and there’s no fee! They also don’t charge me for having an account—which is what made me leave my old bank (Wells Fargo) and are quick to resolve any issues I have with an account (like a current charge dispute). Changing my personal account to a joint account over the phone and email was so easy with them too. I could continue to go on and on with examples of why Fidelity is phenomenal but I’ll stop here. 100stars most definitely!
