  Just the worst. Antiquated website and app. Poor customer service. They took what was an excellent bank and turned it into an absolute turkey. I'd been with Legacy Texas since it was Viewpoint and even before when it was Community Credit Union. I closed every account I could, and the little business I have left there (a loan) is difficult to manage. I used to get all my documents electronically, but no more. There's no bigger sign of incompetence than taking systems that worked and turning them into systems that don't.

  Terrible bank. Conversion from LegacyTexas was a disaster. All transaction history was lost. I wrote banking software for 10 years. This is not normal. Then they gave us temp checks as we ran out just before the conversion and didn't encode our account number correctly so they were all returned. Then they charged us overdraft fees for same checks, on an account that had ample funds. Just insane. I can't find another bank fast enough.

  I have not been happy since Prosperity merged with the other bank. They were closed for precautions a couple of weeks ago but sent out no email or informed their clients of this closure so I had to drive all the way to the one off of Preston road. I currently just spent over 10 minutes waiting in the phone so I hung up and called the colony location and the colony location had me on and off the phone in under 4 minutes.

  Complete disaster post merger. Bill payments all disappeared and was charged with late fees by vendors. Branch manager Christina said there was a glitch in their system, but it was my responsibility to make sure payments make it to the vendors not theirs.

  Poor customer service. I asked for a check register and they were out, they suggested I go to another location. I asked them if they could call and check before I drive over there and they wouldn't. They stated someone was just there and saw they had them. Well the other store did not have them. This bank's customer service is horrible.
