  Bank of America customer service has really sucked over the past year. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to get through to a person. One of their atms at this branch ate my debit card, I found out they do not own there atms and could not retrieve my card. Finally closed my account after 16 years. Stay away!!! TFCU is so much better.

  After dealing with many incompetent people at different banks, I was really pleased with the service at this bank and especially Nick Senger’s professional and prompt services. Helped me open 7 business and personal accounts and maintains them regularly. Would recommend

  Todays experience at bank of America was amazing. My mother and i walked in today expecting for someone by the desk to say sorry we cant help you, or you would need to get the information yourself. But no Aldo Jimenez asked us what can I do for you? I proceeded to tell him our situation .He took my mother's information, made a few phone calls and resolved our problem . It would of taken me weeks to resolve it. We were dealing with my mother's pension fund. We all know thats a lot of fun. Not only was he very professional, but he made us feel we mattered. I cant remember ever walking into a bank and feeling that way. Thank you Bank of America and especially Aldo Jimenez for making our experience pleasant. I will be banking with them from this day forward. The bank that goes out of their way to help.

  The drive thru is filthy, someone threw up God knows what onto the wall where you have to use the ATM facilities for banking. This has been here for at least three weeks. In light of Covid19 much less just cleaning your facilities the condition of this building is unacceptable. I am attaching a photo that you can see for yourself. Unsatisfied customer.

  Hard enough when bank closes early on Saturday. And they lock the door before 1 o’clock and don’t let anyone in to cash a check even though it hasn’t hit 1 yet.

  Never open business account with them. And whenever you go to meet with the bank representatives they will be on long conference calls and you have to wait long times
