  I picked up my new Hyundai Tucson today and had a great experience with Vinny and Victor. Vinny assisted me by explaining all the features of the vehicle and how to set up my phone. Victor assisted my dad with all the paperwork and Laura (finance Manager) was professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!!!

  I signed a lease for a new car with Lajune. She was very nice, helpful, respectful, and most importantly honest. She gave me an extremely fair deal on a lease for what I wanted. Being patient and transparent, I felt very comfortable in the environment and felt no pressure to make any decisions on the spot. I would highly recommend Lajune to anyone looking to buy or lease a Hyundai any time soon.

  Went to Hyundai to purchase my first new car and I was extremely pleased with the service I was given! I was in and out within hours and Phillip Coury was more than kind, fair and easy to talk with when reaching a price that was comfortable for me to walk out with! His hustle to make it work for me made my decision to purchase my new car a smooth and easy one! He went above and beyond in the days following to give me anything I needed to make sure my experience was top notch. If you choose to go to this dealership, ask for Phillip! Bryant Quintana is also a new employee with Mid Island Hyundai in their finance department who was clutch in hooking me up with a great financing deal that I do not think I would've gotten from many other dealerships. He may be new to Hyundai, but he knows what he is doing and blew me away!

  I purchased a certified used Hyundai Elantra from Uncle Frank at Mid Island Hyundai. I usually find the whole process of buying a car very stressful, but Frank made the experience fun. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone that worked with me was polite and professional.

  My girlfriend had her antenna cover from her 2017 Sonata fall off the other night. She called Centereach Hyundai and spoke to Jamie. She was quoted out for $300 and told to go through insurance. Called a different location and turns out that it’s a common defect and that the cost of the part she needed wasn’t even a fraction of what Jamie quoted her. Stop trying to get paid out buddy boy and start doing your job with some integrity. Definitely won’t recommend you guys to anyone.

If your looking to have a great experience in getting a new vehicle contact Rick and he will take care of you. I have never had a better experience at a dealership then at mid Island Hyundai. I would give them a 10 star rating if there was an option for more then 5. Great people and great atmosphere. They make getting into a new car fast fun easy and simple.

  I leased my 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Rick. He is the best salesman I ever had. There were such a great selection of cars. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend anyone whose looking for a Hyundai to see Rick.

  Do NOT do business with this dealership!!! Don't even want to give it ONE star! I just walked out after being quoted one price on the phone and then another HIGHER price in the showroom. I am so disgusted with them. I had leased a 2013 Sonata and the faulty transmission needed to be fixed. I waited over a month for a loaner car! I actually had to walk home from the dealership in the cold! Who does that???Then their service department scratched up the car! They are the worst! Do NOT do business with them! I thought that when they got rid of the bad guys in the service department things would change but they haven't . You would think after the horrible experience I had they would try to make me a good offer on a new lease. But things here haven't changed. General Manager Chris quoted me $189/month for a 2016 Elantra, 36 mos/45k miles with no money down. Then he said wait you want 45k miles? That will be $199/month. Then mentioned a $595 bank fee that he said he would work into the payment and he would take a loss on. When I went to the showroom today, all of a sudden the price was $219. Are they KIDDING??? This place is horrible! Run AWAY!!!
