  It's kind of sad because this is the original location for when I first opened an account. It was convenient because it's close by my house. I've been a customer of theirs for a long time now, almost 10 years. It's where I've kept my savings. They started out great and had great staff. Nothing I asked for would be a problem. But every summer I have a tradition of asking for certain types of bills and these last couple years, I don't know who is managing this location these days, but they've been very stubborn about giving me those types of bills. I mean, you're a bank and it's customer service. You will find a way. I'm not a problem customer. I'm a loyal customer. You know things have gone sour someplace when you have to travel somewhere else to get what you want. I've had to travel to the one on 25A this past summer just so I could get those types of dollar bills without a complaint.

  Best banking service anywhere and I’ve been banking for over 50 years. The staff and facilities at Selden office are top notch . The staff are friendly , knowledgeable and professional. Can honestly say it’s a pleasure to do my banking there . Even my children and there spouses now do there banking there . Thank you all !!! Sincerely Jerry Inghilleri

  I've been a customer here since I a child. The people in the branch are great but don't expect to ever do a wire transfer. Whoever the branch calls to do that are not nice and extremely rude. I'm a businesses owner with multiple accounts in different banks. I've never had trouble doing a wire except here. 3 different times. He doesn't mind wasting everyone's time. Making someone rewrite something 3 times because he can't read but won't let anyone else write it is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I left middle school years ago. His job is not to teach me to write neater. If it's legible it should be ok.

  This is a great credit union, as far as credit unions go. I have been with them for years. I remember when they had only one location. They have a lot now and the service is just as great and I still get treated like a family member!!!!
