Jordan Kent1Always a long wait. Never enough tellers. Always bank employees standing around not able to be a teller to move the long lines along. This is ever time I come in this location. You need a better customer strategy to get people in and out.

mina Khalil1Very bad experience i asked the employe ( i assume he was the head teller) to locate my account number to do some transactions. he was not able to do that ,however i provided him with my ID. Then i told him i will get the account number over the phone from my partner he told ok you can leave the window as it is a teller window ( there was no one behind me or waiting to say that iam delaying any one) . I did left the window to get the required info and go back to the window when he saw me going to the window again he just left the window and was standing with one of his co worker and was laughing while i was waiting for me than ten minutes . I don’t think this should be any professional for what he did iam going to close all my account with this bank.

Truman Onderdonk4Slow service, only one teller on Friday afternoon. Drive thru used to be a teller on one lane, now have to go inside for service.

s wilson1Why do I have to on a line for 15 minutes while a teller slowly gets her work station organized. Shouldn't the prep work for the day be done before the doors open at 9? No .. I couldn't save time at an ATM . I needed to withdraw more then is allowed by ATM. But its great you are on top of the slow service inside your lobby.

Joshua Bryant2Literally gave me every reason under the sun to not help me. Regardless of the fact that the business I manage is a customer. I stood in line while the branch manager also gave a number of customers, that he confirmed, reasons why they couldn't help. Horrible.

Sanam A4Staff and manager are nice and helpful- Customers privacy is not good at this place ( I’m not sure how it’s in other Bank of America branches) I don’t feel comfortable, there is no room with a door to protect customers privacy while customers are talking about their confidential information. Other customer clearly can hear it, Which it’s a bit strange and against the data protection policy. I discussed about this issue with one of staff, based on what I was told Bank of America needs to fix it.

Kateri Wood1We have changed our address 5 times with them and even the manager told us that it’s taken care of. We just found out it’s -still- incorrect. And now they don’t answer the phone and the automated line hangs up on you. We’re going to transfer all of our funds out of this bank as soon as possible.

Go Away1I haven't seen an worst bank. The lines are too long almost out the door with one or two girls working. There's maybe one or two banker working and the waiting areas always full. I've tried calling be for hand with noone answering. I am closing my account.
