  I was a previous client of the Guilderland Agency/The Murray Group until 2011. I had left due to my agent moving companies. Over the past 3 years, I have fought tooth and nail to get my current agency to provide the quality service I once had received from the Murray Group. Long story short, it never happened. So I found myself calling on the Murray Group once more. Jim Murray was more than happy to help me out with my questions and concerns and was more than prompt to get back to me. It was a pleasure to receive the customer service and quality care that they provide. I can say I no longer feel like a burden or just a number. They truly make you feel important.

  I switched to The Murray Group about 5 years ago and I can honestly say that I have never worked with a more caring and professional group before. They helped save me a ton on my home owners and auto policies. Because of that and the service they provide I wouldn't use anyone else. I have referred a number of people to their office who feel the same way.

  a year ago we reached out to Murray Group (agent Heidi Miner) and asked for a comprehensive insurance review. We got better rates by a tiny bit and better coverage by a huge amount. Excellent service and excellent results.
