  It’s Friday morning yeah !!! Woke up this morning I’m thinking about going to get some coins to keep myself busy over the weekend also to support my collecting hobby..... The very first place popped in my thought is BOA in Exeter! After couple times been there, I’m thinking that wish i can go to this bank for a period of time because maybe somedays I have to stop for a little while when they ran out of old coins for my collection!? It’s a small bank in small town, everybody’s is very friendly here and to me they’re very helpful. Love the Banker ALEX and two female tellers !!!!! Come to this bank check it out for yourself and sure I recommend to everyone!!!!

  Just opened a new account yesterday with the help of Michelle Valencia. The closest branch for the Credit Union I had is 2 hrs away so needed to switch. Michelle is very personable and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable talking with her and asking questions. Great experience.

  Banker Johanna was very rude, with a very condescending attitude. I don't understand how this kind of attitude ever gets employed in the customer service especially in the banking industry. I was just glad there was another lady there that actually knew what she is doing, I believed she is the manager if not she should be the branch manager.

  Worst dam bank ever! They need to move out of Exeter and have safe one. Bank of America always closed and atm always without money. BOA SUCKS

  Every time I go in the bank I could never get my transactions done. They have horrible customer service. This bank in Exeter Ca needs to find people who like to work there.

  Good bank but just wished that the manager took bullying more seriously 😒. Last time I was there with my daughter. There was a young girl harassing a disabled lady, and the manager didn’t know what to do and did nothing 😒👎🏼.

  Long lines. Too many service charges. Personally I do not bank there. Perhaps B of A is too big to care. The bankers are friendly, helpful, and efficient.

  why is this bank never open I can never deposit money to cover my bills I have to travel 20 miles to another brank to deposit money What is going on with you guys Very poor service when it comes to taking care of your people

  It a ridiculous wait in line everytime!! Never more than one teller and they move like sloths!

  Convenient drive thru ATM and the staff inside is always friendly and very helpful with my business account.
