  My mom gave them her ring for 6 years and she tried to get her ring back. But, they said that they lost the ring and she had a 4 month pledge contract and the woman talking to her said that the least she could give her was 200 dollars and my mom’s ring was worth over one thousand dollars and she has been paying for 6 years every 4 months

  Great place if you like the smell of cigarettes and bad service. Never have I had to deal with such a hostile sales person before. He acted as if I was bothering him when i asked to check look at some Jewelry. He was shorter and reeked of cigarettes. Maybe when hes not there its better but i will never know since i wont be returning

  My aunt was in there and had to listen to one of the older male employees rant about how Mexicans are ruining this country and should just stay in Mexico. She had to deal with this racism and the employee waiting on her seemed annoyed with the coworkers rant. She should have never of had to deal with that intolerant jerk. She came home crying because of it. He needs to realize where he works and to shut his mouth. If you do any business with them let them know about this.

  was treated rather poorly by the shorter employee who wears the skull rag and has a goatee. he was rather rude and has an extremely bad temper. he would get mad and either would hit something or throw it. i stood there for a good 15 minutes while i waited to be helped. the other 2 people working there were rather nice and were busy waiting on other customers while i was there. when he finally got off his phone and stood up from his desk he acted like i was bothering him by asking for help and him having to do his job made him angry. it would have been a 5 star review if it weren't for his poor attitude. the other employees were all nice and seemed to be embarrassed by how their coworker was acting and his coworkers apologized for his behavior.

  Whenever I have a "Financial Challenge", FARMERSVILLE HOCK SHOP, is the first place I go! It has that small town feel everyone loves. With friendly, family style service. I also enjoy looking for those unexpected bargains. You never know what you might find - you didn't know you needed it until you found it - AT FARMERSVILLE HOCK SHOP!

  Says they stay open until 6 o'clock I call and let them know I was on my way I got there at 10 minutes till 6 the door is open but when I walked in the man working was very rude told me to come back Monday that he couldn't help me Very unprofessional Especially since I told him that I drove 40 minutes to get there I did not wait all day to come in right at closing time I also have a job I got off an hour before they closed So I wasted my gas and my time thinking they would be professional
