  Christine Ponder, did an excellent job. She was on the ball and kept me informed of the next steps. Christine answered questions via text and email immediately, even after hours. We got no surprises with Christine she knew what we were going to need for the underwriters and had plenty of time to get things together. I really could not think of one thing she could have done better with. I hope you as a company knows what a great representative you have.

  The things that made my experience great were rates, communication, and care. The first thing that caught my eye was that they offered a very competitive rate and loan. The great rate/loan stuck throughout the process. The next part that made my experience great was the presence of communication. Jeanne was very open with her communication with me. Lastly, I feel like Jeanne actually cared. I felt like she was really putting in the effort for me, and she made me feel like I was important.
