  While I have never used their Pawn services, I have processed several firearms through them that I purchased from out of state. They are super friendly and knowledgeable and always make sure to make sure you are aware of when you can pick up and when the last day to pick up is. Wish they were open a bit later but I can work around that considering their service and just what a great group of people that work there. I think my next purchase will be something directly through them so they can earn some money off me instead of my money going directly to the DOJ. Keep up the great work!!!!

  I would give this business 10*s, if I could. When I had a death in my family, creating a "financial crises", i recieved great, fair, compassionate service! It is a clean, safe and secure environment to do business in. (No TV stereo type, "stigma" or "sleaziness" here!) I don't usually recommend businesses, this is an exception! I especially want single women to know, they will be treated fairly and with respect, in this clean, well lit and secure business! BEST JEWELRY AND LOAN, even takes the time to thank customers for their comments. SUPER POLITENESS AND MANNERS! A heart felt thank you, to the entire staff!

  I like these guys and gals who work at Best allot. They've never done me dirty or given me any issues about anything I've.taken in there.   I was pleasantly surprised for my visit with "Best Jewelry and Loan Inc". The store was clean and inviting, and the service was great. Brian was knowledgeable and a gentlemen. I felt safe and assured that the items I left were well taken care of!

  After years and years of good service and conversations with staff I lost over $1000 worth of electronics because over years was told by owner 10 day grace period after final date listed on green slip (very bottom due date) years of this grace period was allowed and I have used in past and today told no that is not true we sold your items, upset and disappointed doesn't begin to describe this. If this not corrected very shameful way to conduct business and disgusted after so many years of being a loyal customer to now get his treatment. No notices of change in rule or of due went in 2/27/19 had due date of 2/20/2019 10 day grace period would allow until 3/1/2019......spoke with owner whom advised of 10 day grace period and confirmed if I wouldve called he couldve held the item, told him i followed his policy as previously done and told , his response," I'M sorry you basically got screwed on this deal," this clearly admits guilt and in the wrong guess will just have to file small claims and BBB complaint.

  Fast curious and professional. On that occasion... get got caught up in the boat... we'd b back... Playdates for kiddo's...was real good exp n both dates petty but sane difference ok thx dad I wanted to see you and want u visiting u was great. But I love you 😘♥️ xx

  These guys are the best! They're so focused on customer service and always doing business fair and honorably . I drive all the way down from Fresno to special order new items because I trust them and enjoy doing business there.

  Best pawn shop ever. The staff are nice, friendly, always knowledgeable about there products. It’s the only place I go to buy my guns I was very satisfied I recommend my best mates to go there now that’s there number one spot to get guns aswell.
