  Went in to start a new checking account for my niece. Francisco made the process very easy and did the whole process while answering all our questions. Highly recommend him to start a new account with this bank.

  Customer service is not good & took too long! Update: I just called this location 3x's and cannot get anyone on phone. The automated voice says everyone is busy. You cannot get anyone on phone and staff takes too long for simple tasks also unproffesional. You need to give better training for your staff so they can perform quicker and address customers professionally.

  Worst service. Always take forever for small things. Been there multiple times but the service is really worst.

  How can 2 atms be broken and not even a sign on them to inform people . I would wait on line to inform them, but the line is out the door.

  I came in the other day to make a quick withdrawal and I knew it was over the limit to do on the self help ATM. I was greeted bright and early by the 2 ladies at the main counter and then I was sent over to a representative to sign up for paperless statements. I was in and out in 15 minutes. So happy I just switched to Bank of America from Chase!

  do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dump. not trashing all BoA but the staff is rude and not helpful. They’re slower than snails. Drive through window hasn’t worked. Bad look for the bank and East Meadow. Would love to see this place close down.

  This location, in East Meadow, is consistently terrible. There is always a line, and so many people behind the counter doing things other than helping customers. We live in an age of speed and convenience. Get with the times.
