Crystal CALANDRO1I know finding good employees is hard but being nice is not a hard thing. I pulled up and mistakenly asked for a checking deposit withdrawal. Rather than saying did you want a withdrawal or deposit she replies with… “you make no sense there is no such thing!”. Oops 😬 I said both withdrawal and deposit and meant to say one not both , so yes I misspoke but the attitude and rude is unacceptable at any level. There is a reason TD bank is disappearing and this type of reply and customer service is the reason.

They claim to be open til 5 … showed up at 4:57 to the window .. according to my iPhone … the teller in the drive through refused to make eye contact as it seems she was already closing the day. At 5 exactly I mouthed “done for the day?” She nodded slightly and looked back down. No intercom and a friendly “I’m sorry” just a half nod like I was some jerk she had to deal with. There were still people inside and so I parked and the doors were locked. I pull out my phone and start to write this and who lets the people inside out? Lovely moss drive thru lady. My job uses TD for payroll which is why I come here… but each time I experience this bank, I wish my job would choose another. Get your selves together TD.

Juliet Maharaj1This is the worst branch I’ve ever been to. I sat down with someone and she didn’t greet us at all, just waited for me to say what I came in for. She seemed annoyed during the whole transaction and couldn’t even resolve my issue. After she told me she couldn’t help me she literally went back to her computer until I left. It’s disgusting to treat someone so poorly for no reason. I wish I got her name because she needs to choose a new career path, banking obviously isn’t for her.. never going back

Aklima Mansi1This place is literally the worst. They always have one notary person Lawerence. Every time it’s over 40 min wait! This time I decided to time it. I wanted 42 mins and the notary itself took maybe 12 seconds!!! Not even a full minute. When I asked Lawerence he was so rude about it. If you only have one person who can notarize things then there should be a better system!

Sam Martins1tellers are extremely rude. waited on line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me I can’t get coins without a business account even though i’ve done it multiple times. went to chase with an even bigger line in front of me and was helped in 5 minutes and able to get my change without a business account. i’ll be cancelling my checking and savings account to go to chase. unbelievably horrible service.

Elina Kats1Came to use the notary (2 minute affair), checked in and was #1 in line. Clerk told me it can take 20 minutes... after waiting for 45 minutes I approached the clerk, and yes I was rightfully upset, and asked if she can find out how much longer the only person licensed as a notary at this branch will be. This woman seemed to have zero compassion that I just wasted my work break and rudely told me that she can't ask that while that other clerk is with a customer. I ended up leaving and getting a notice over 20 min later that the clerk is now ready for me. Total wait time 1 hour and 9 min... no proper communication and I certainly did not feel like a valued customer of the bank (yes it's my bank). Ridiculous service! Went to another branch the next day and was in and out in 5 minutes.

Dorothy Leonard1I’ve been a customer for a very long time , business and personal . Turned very very horrible branch , called today the girl was as rude as could be . Time to take my business somewhere else . Way to many banks out their that would appreciate my business .

Juan C Romero1I got there @ 1259, sure enough they have cameras & ?customers help? looking out the glass windows! I got to the drive through @ 1315 & young lady tells me her manager told her to closed. TY for nothing!!!!
