  Unfortunately according to the reviews my husband did not have the opportunity to speak with Josh. Instead he spoke Reneka who was very unprofessional with her manner and short in her responses to his questions. Will be filing a complaint with CFPB for not sending a credit report.

  I did not know what to expect when I contacted NFFCU for a home loan. Much to my surprise my loan originator, Josh Kirsch, was very pleasant, professional, kind and patient. I truly appreciated his professional demeanor and his knowledge of the subject. Not once did I feel that Josh could not help. My interaction with Josh was mostly over the phone. But, when he showed up at the closing, I was delighted to meet him in person. Thank you Josh, I appreciate you.

  I highly recommend this credit union for obtaining a mortgage loan. I worked with Josh Kirsch, who is knowledgeable, very responsive to questions and requests, and very professional. He also has just enough of an edge to his personality to keep things moving when things get bogged down. The interest rate that they offer is low relative to other banks in the area.

  Josh was my mortgage loan officer for a refinance. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. My situation was not unique as I had a lot of moving parts. My bathroom was in the middle of being renovated and I was at the end of my pregnancy ready to deliver at any moment. Josh was more than understanding and guided me through all the necessary steps and scenarios. Refinancing was the one thing I wasn’t stressed out about due to Josh. Stay highly recommend NCFCU and Joshua Kirsch!

  Just closed on refinance and can not say enough about Joshua Kirsch and the team at the credit union. From inquiry to application to closing the loan he was knowledgeable, professional and perhaps most importantly responsive. I have closed on four homes and two refinances and this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend!!

  Joshua Kirsch and Janice Mentore were a pleasure to work with in securing my mortgage refinancing. Due to multiple home-owners and an Irrevocable trust my situation was a little complicated and Josh and Janice were always helpful, professional and patient, providing well needed guidance and direction. Most importantly Josh was always available, always responded to my phone calls or e-mails.

  I would highly recommend working with Josh! He was very easy to talk to and was really knowledgeable and was always available when I needed help or had questions. And the process was very easy and they didn’t need tons of paperwork and I loved being able to do a lot of the signing stuff online!!!

  Definitely going to be changing banks as soon as possible. Bad customer service in person. Although kinder, ive been given wrong information over the phone as well. Twice. Bank hours are posted incorrectly online. Why are your hours wrong on google? Rushed from work to get there on time and they were closed anyway. Staff at east meadow are overwhelmed, abrupt in their communication and incompetent.

  Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experiences I have had with the East Meadow Nassau Financial Credit Union. They great you as soon as you walk in, their always pleasant and quick. I never have a problem with them solving any of my issues. Everyone these days tell you to go the website. They help you in person. With that if you want good friendly service go to East Meadow. And, you can get it the ATM area quicker. The Garden City area it's hard to get in that door when there close.
