      I visited today to obtain a cashier's check to send to a large auto finance company to payoff a vehicle, from available funds in a joint checking account. The funds were transferred from another BofA checking account earlier this morning and the funds were available. The branch manager lied and hid behind the lie of false corporate policy when she stated the funds needed to post at midnight and that I needed to come back tomorrow to conduct the transaction. I have worked for Bank of America in the past and understand that managers have much latitude in terms of what they choose to do for you, and can be uncomfortable with a transaction if it seems strange. I was visiting this branch as it was convenient for me coming from school in Alexandria. If she was concerned that I was banking far from home since I live in Baltimore County, she could have inquired as to the nature of my distance from home. Instead, she lied to my face blatantly. I visited a branch in Columbia, MD an hour later and the easily accommodated my request without additional approvals. I'm unsure why the staff at this banking center couldn't be honest with me and why they didn't feel comfortable conducting my business for me. Lying to a client isn't the way to maintain a banking relationship. You will lose ours. Sadly, I'm not surprised...this is what Bank of America generally has become.

      We had a great and pleasant experience at this branch. We were able to make an appointment online for same day service. Kathy was helpful, resourceful, and provided us with a comprehensive financial solution. She took her time to explain all the benefits and responsibilities and we left the branch as satisfied new customers. 10/10.

      What a pity! I had an appointment with Mis. Maria for two new clients. Unfortunate, instead of her, a nonprofessional staff jumped in. She was so rude and I wished I never wasted my few munities time with her. When you have an appointment with a specific relationship manger in this brunch, please make sure you meet that specific manager, not that rude one!!

      Made an appointment for 3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon. Showed up but nobody could see me for 30 mins. Had to reschedule..

      I visited this branch on March 12th with my wife, because I was interested in speaking to someone about my auto financing options through BoA. Despite not having an appointment, I was able to speak to someone right away with no wait. Masud was very professional and had my best interest in mind. I was approved with a very good competitive rate, and hours later I was purchasing my first Mercedes Benz year 2020. The manager was also very kind, and made sure that all of our concerns and questions had been answered before we left. Everyone that we interacted with were friendly, the employees that greeted us ,the manager and Masud as well. We were greeted upon entering which made my wife and I feel that BoA cared about my business. The employees at this branch are the true definition of great customer service.

      Worst customer service I’ve ever had at any bank. They could not verify a Bank of America payroll check so I had to go to a different Bank of America that knew what they were doing to simply cash a payroll check.
