Marcus Parham1Whats the point of having a phone line to the branch if you never pick up the phone? Called over 20 times in a row, no exaggeration. Was supposed to be called back today, bank nearly closed and no call back or way to contact anyone from this branch. Unacceptable and clearly why they are a 2 star rating 🤷♂️

Mary Velez1Game them 1 ⭐️ since I didn’t have an option for 0 ⭐️ The customer service in this bank needs some training on how to deal with a customer. Try closing my account and base of the rude teller they didn’t have the sufficient money so that I could take out what I had in my savings and checking. It was a waste of time going to that bank to try to fix an issue that they started by freezing my accounts.

Heidi Flanagan1Wish I could give this 0 star! I have gone to this location twice to pull out cash and was never asked for me to use my debit card. This is not my primary banking I use this one for bills and when parents need to transfer money to pay for landscapers and etc... I went to pull out cash today from the teller and they said I needed my debit card. I don't have it and they wouldn't let me get my cash out with My ID as I have always done. I don't carry that debit card. The customer service is the worse here. I will be looking else where to do my banking and so will my family.

Jon H1Pain that they “temporarily” closed this branch for over 6 months now. Now can’t even use an atm. I pass by 2 chase banks and still have to drive a few more miles to get to another BofA. Banked here for 15+ years but maybe I need to switch.....

Bleedu Zerknot1Their ATM misrepresents available funds to unemployment card holders. From my regular account it will let me withdraw $1000 without question. If I insert my unemployment card and try to withdraw $840 it claims that it doesn't have enough money to cover the withdrawal. But if you withdraw $740 then $100 as a second transaction it has no issue. Again his only happens with the unemployment card...

Roger Strause1Bank of America is horrible constantly changing their hours can't make up their mind one week is 5:00 next week is 4:00 and if they are open it's literally one or two tellers at the most at all times

Malaki A11 teller in the whole store when the one lady who is lingering chatting outside with one of her friends decided to come inside with a ginormous line of people waiting inside the day I had some questions boy do I regret having a question ....she was rude in a very quiet and polite seeming way condescending I won't be back I may go back to Wells Fargo at this point open my account here on a recommendation of a friend this is a wasted branch and I watch them behave badly to other people guess I shouldn't have expected different when you simply have questions don't waste your time with this branch if this is how Bank of America wants to run their branches in this day and age won't take much for a big company to fall especially with staff like Yesenia
