  My favorite Chase bank!! I “always “ use the drive thru ….. depending on time of day it can get a tad busy! But they have excellent customer service ! They all address me by my name when I pull up with a smile ! To me getting to know your customers and remembering their name speaks volumes !! I’ve never had any issues and they are always more than accommodating!! Glad they are my neighborhood bank !!

  So today I walked into this Chase bank and got super excellent service. I thought to myself, wow, on Friday afternoon, that was a great way to start my weekend. Walked out thinking, “cool.” Then as I’m sitting in my car ready to drive away, I see one of the Chase bankers escorting an elderly lady to her car, holding her by the arm. I was like, what an awesome thing to do! Talk about going out of your way to do the right thing. I didn’t get the banker’s name, but snapped a couple of pics of him. Great job Awesome Dude! You Rock! If someone sees him in there, go ahead and tell him he’s awesome. My new favorite Chase branch.

  Worst experience ever, Out of no where I received a letter that mention that chase was not doing business with me after a review, could not Understand reason why? I called and ask the reason of this and they don’t give u reason, I ask them is it because I never overdraft or because I don’t have savings account open? No answers of the reason why, short story I move to chase from Wells Fargo do to been recommended for great “service” it takes time to do all the changes for ur payments and direct deposit etc... that almost repent on doing the change because of all the time it takes to make those changes but I did anyway hopping for better service, for months is been normal like any other bank and then out of the blue they just decided to close the account, I’m 17 year same place employees direct deposit use card make normal payments Morgage payments etc, normal US citizen life an based on that they close my account? I don’t understand. moving forward after talking to manager and no solutions, he promised me I will get a call back from next level service with in 48hours and is been 4 days no call yet, I’m moving on, there are better banks out there I just wanted to share my story so if u thinking on switching to chase DON’T DO IT is not a great bank as we think it is or as I was told, now I have to spend time on making all the changes to a better bank, I’m realizing that why not? I rather spend that time now making the switch than be working with a shity customer service and horrible bank of chase...

  Its not a typical banking office. I believe it deals in loans and mortgages and buisinesses. Not your stsndard tellees

  This used to be an awesome location until they replaced all the front tellers with an oversized ATM machine. While waiting in line I noticed the screen on the machine is super big and easy to read, too easy to read. Any one of us waiting in line, (almost out the front door) could easily see the account information, the account balance, and the withdrawal amounts from the customer using the machine. It would be way too easy for a thief to record all your info with a simple cell phone video. I asked to see a real person instead and made my transactions in the business area. When I asked the teller about the machine I was told most people only have simple transactions so the machine is fine vs using a real person.

  Awesome place to start a bank account of any sort. Great deals online and customer service to apply onto that. Went in knowing nothing bank related, only knew that I wanted to start an account and chase associate Robert O. Guided me into an easy smooth path. Left the bank with a laugh and also knowing that I was in good hands.

  Don't bank here. Chase is very awful. I was locked out of my account and it was closed for an unknown reason. They would not tell me why they made this decision. Then they refused to give my money and I am still waiting to receive it. They also could not tell me the status of account that were running through it. The staff has been less than helpful and unable to answer basically any question. I have been dealing with this now for several hours with no resolution. Bring your business somewhere else. I have three other bank accounts with different banks and have never experienced anything like this.

  Every business talks about their mission, values and how this aligns along with their accountability, integrity, respect and building trust. You hear how most companies say they value their customers. But in most cases you just hear it, and you never really see it, well Chase Bank located at 13912 W. Waddell Rd in Surprise Arizona, not only do you not see it, you don't hear it either, the employee that answered the phone at this location today was rude and too busy to listen to my concerns and then let me know that all the other bankers were busy with customers too. Why even have a incoming phone line if you are not equip to answer, listen and resolve customer concerns? This has one star only because it made me click on at least one star to enable me to post my comment, if I were able to give a minus star that would be the true rating.
