  I realized last minute this evening that I needed some paperwork for me and my parents notarized before they left on a 7am flight!   Alana was amazing. I received a closing packet which required multiple notarizations that needed to be overnighted the same day I got it. I called Alana in the early afternoon and she came within a few hours. She gave me an estimated time and texted when she was on her way. When she arrived, she looked at my packet and knew exactly what needed to be done. She helped me understand what I was signing. The whole process was seamless and took much stress away from me. Because of her thoroughness, professionalism, and availability, I can close on time. I will use Alana in the future and would recommend her to anyone who needs her services.

  Alana provided the documents for my POA. She was professional, on-time, helpful, knowledgeable and informative in all aspects of POA and living will. Alana was empathetic to my situation with my elderly mother and was able to guide me through the process of obtaining power of attorney/living will.
