      I really do enjoy this institution's credit card products. They have great rewards programs. However, I was recently overcharged at a restaurant. The gratuity was entered as $150 instead of $15. An honest mistake I hope, but I had trouble contacting the restaurant to get this corrected so I contacted US Bank to open a dispute. The representative I spoke to seemed to have an understanding of the situation and agreed that it seemed obvious what had happened, but when this case went to the team that does the investigation they were completely useless and did nothing to validate the charge. The restaurant never responded to the case so US Bank closed it and reversed the credit they had given me. I eventually went back to the restaurant and spoke with a manager whom was able to check their POS system and found my transaction and corrected the discrepancy. This has made me seriously consider closing my credit accounts here. Not sure I can trust US Bank to protect me when needed.

      They have been better to me then my own banks after a month or so of going in to the branch for things I opened an account just because of the service and staff . The two other branches seemed to have nice staff as well.

      Just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. They weren’t going to close for another hour and we could see people walking around inside. We pressed the call button three times. The car behind us left before we got helped. If we hadn’t already sent our check and info through the tubes, we would have left too. When we finally caught the eye of someone on staff, they didn’t offer any explanation but told us we’d be taken care of shortly. Waited another few minutes and finally got helped.

      This branch has quality personal banking. Tellers and branch managers super helpful. They give the feeling of small town banking. They remember your name when you walk in the door. Great products and options when it comes to checking and loans. This bank should be the benchmark of banking nation wide. I highly recommend this branch because of the outstanding service!

      My brother banks with us bank. He’s on the road a lot & I take care of most of his banking. US Bank rocks. 5 stars in my book. The bank people are always nice & friendly. And they treat me with the upmost respect. When I get $$$$$ coming in-US Bank is where I will put my $$$$$. Thank you for letting me believe in banks again.

      Great customer service. Nichole has helped research matters where no other banker would have taken the time. We have US Bank accounts in Oregon, Idaho and Arizona. US Bank in Suprise is on Bell Rd. is the best.

      Casey is one if rudest most condescending people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Rolled her eyes multiple times at me and my wife and had a terrible attitude. Whitney was less than helpful.

      Not helpful at all when a family member passes and trying to close their accounts even with death certificate! Only bank I had issues wit...acted like money was theirs.
