Mathew Beck1If I could give negative stars, this location would get the maximum amount. Bank of America should be ashamed of the way the employees act here. The lines are long and every customer seemed to catch attitude from both tellers. I don't understand why people work at places when they hate everything about it. CLEAN HOUSE. Avoid this location!!

Bryan Mandella1Worst bank ever. 1 cashier but 2 other employees standing in the lobby asking if they “can help you”. Once you tell them, they say that they’ll be with you…..and then walk away. Terrible customer service. We WILL be closing our account after this ridiculous experience

Gabriel S1So I am a account holder with bank of america and since this location is closest to my job. I would come here to cash my payroll check. My last payroll check I was trying to cash here I was told by the manager that I couldn't cash my payroll checks anymore because their policy has changed. I told the teller that I am a account holder with them but she still denied it. I was in shock. I will be changing bank as soon as I can. This location is trash just like the people that work there.

Asia Collins1The manager LaTasha is rude and demeaning. Very unprofessional. She refused to cash a check for me today even after the account holder verified the funds. I would have understood had the delivered the news in a proper way instead she was rude and dismissive. I called customer service and was told the BS lie she gave for not cashing the check was in FACT A LIE. I have never wanted anyone to be fired but after reading the reviews and learning she has done this multiple times SHE DOES NEED TO BE FIRED.

S “Ray”1I've been to more than 5 BOA locations and everyone I seem to go in to have long lines with 1 or 2 tellers. I believe its an eternal issue and when I came into this location I wasn't even greeted. This institution is a thumbs down for me.

Natali Maness1I absolutely hate Bank of America especially this location. It should not be a charge for me to send my money. It is stupid that i can electronically send to a company just becuase there isnt a phone number for the account. So waited 30 minutes to see an agent who couldnt help then waited another 30 minutes to see a teller to get a cashiers check becuase they only have 2 tellers in the bank and apparently are having computer problems. Its always something with this terrible bank that closes at 4pm. Yet boats you can do everything online and from our app. That is bull poop.

Meraki Life1I am stunned by the way we were treated in bank of America the manager there is racist I have bank with them 5 plus years. Yesterday I was profiled. I went to the humble branch Wilson road. The manager denied us from cashing a government issued check with my bank. Stated my wife was not on the account and we could not cash into we added her. You should have to add anyone to your account to cash a check. I have cashed mutual funded checks with my bank before. I will never return to this bank again. Also to add the specialist confirmed that you don't have to add someone to an account. We had proper identification. Then the racist manager said well you can just add someone to cash a check. So many excuses to profile us. Yes we are black but we also own our own business(multiple business)and has never been treated in such a way. Everyone there also repeatedly said go to Walmart redirecting me somewhere else like hey black aren't welcome here go to wal mart go to ace. NO WHY I CANNOT GO TO MY COMMUNITY BANK THAT I BANK WITH HALF A DECADE. PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A LESSON

Today I went into this branch offices beltway 8 and Wilson Rd also to mention I've been banaking here for 5 years and todayy I got pretty much the same reaction as i always do when I have a large lump sum check . But today I had enough every time I go the find a reason not to give i cash or they try to get I to leave money in my account but like I told the manager I don't trust the bank I handle I own money they refuse to cash my checks for every reason under the sun. I don't like to pull the race card but ive never felt like Ni***r more In my life than I did today. People don't care what you going through or where you been through all they care to do is hate that's why thishe nation will fall. Hate because of what I look lIke. I & I a Rastafari be judged because I locs and I Black skin. Jah have no mercy on the wicked soul. Be blessed love never hate .🙏
