  I am member of Texas bay C U. Ms. Teresa at Summerwood, asked me about my future goals . As of right i’m in a good place concerning my future financial plan. but I will let her know if I need assistance in the future. Ms. Teresa has always been friendly , kind and professional. She is a great representative for Texas Bay!

  When I need to go to my bank - I go to the Summerwood location. I have been lucky enough to be assisted by a teller named Perla! She is friendly, helpful and I am in and out of there quickly! I usually have to conduct several transactions at a time because I go to the bank for both of our employer credit unions and our Texas bay account. I feel like I do this several times a month and if I’m lucky enough to get her, she greets me, helps me if I have questions, conducts my transactions and always has a smile on her face while doing!! Thank you.

  I love this Credit union! Best decision I ever made! Teress is the bests! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and reliable, very very respectful. If you have any questions she the go too Lady to answer all your questions! 👍🏾👏🏽

  I enjoy doing business at Texas Bay, Paula Garza, is always friendly and polite, while providing quick and hassle free service! The building is always kept up and clean, which gives off that the management cares about how their place of business looks to their members.
