  Get ready to wait they are in zero rush to handle concerns expeditiously. Manager tried have me go online or cash check at my bank because they are so slow no accountability. I can see why this bank was rated that last amongst the other 50 major financial institutions in America

  Big banks just simply don’t care about individuals or small businesses. We’ve been baking with Bank of America for many years now, and the customer service continues to diminish. The banking hours do not take into consideration convenience for the customers. If you work between the hours of 9am-4:30pm you are simply out of luck. The drive through has also been closed in this particular location. If you are able to, I would highly recommend doing business with local banks. They tend to have flexible hours and are truly committed to the community, unlike big name banks.

  No one should bank with Bank of America. They will take every opportunity to take money from those who need it most. We dropped them like a brick years ago for this reason but I recently needed to cash a Bank of America check for $70. The nice lady in the bank informed me that they would have to charge me $8 to do so and in addition, I would have to sit and wait for them to verify the check. When I commented that other banks don't charge to cash checks, she then said that they do. I certainly can't speak for all banks but I have never been to another bank that charged me to cash a check. I LITERALLY had just cashed another $70 check at Centennial Bank. They didn't charge me a dime! Centennial bank checked my ID, wrote my driver's licence# on the check, and handed me my money. I was in and out in 3 minutes. There is no excuse for why Bank of America feels they need to or have the right to charge people to receive money they have worked hard for.

  Visited this location today to cash a Bank of America check from my employer. After waiting nearly 20 minutes in line (they had only one teller) I am told I need to sit aside and wait for a manager to verify my check, as I do not have an account with them. After another long wait, Andrew Koch, the relationship manager, brings me to the back where his office is. After trying to convince me to open an account with them, he informs me it will be $8 to cash my check. I let him know that I will save the money and do a mobile deposit into my account and wait for the funds to become available. He then pushes the check towards me and a pen and says to go ahead and do so. The entire time he was acting like I was trying to cash a fake check then he tries to get me to log into my personal banking account to deposit the check to prove it isn't fake!! I tell him I will do it at home and he insists that since I have the app on my phone, I should deposit it right there in front of him. Completely unprofessional and I am still shocked hours later! I will never return here and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the type of people have managerial positions at this location.

  Horrible service.Make you go through identity verification process if you aren't a customer which takes over an hour. This is the poorest excuse for a service industry standard company I have ever seen. Never come here!

  It is NOT this branch - Just BOA overall ~ their MTG website and those who finally answer the phone... They DO NOT follow thru with their notated instructions as to what they are going to take care of on your MTG loan. Even when you r given a conf # . Something needs 2B done about this. It is not fair to us consumers!!

  They had 3 people working the lobby. They were efficient and very nice. Got in and out right away. Highly recommend this branch!

  I hate Bank of America they make you sit and wait on Someone in the back offices to come and take your check to verified it to be cashed Instead of doing it like most banks do when you go up front. Then you have to wait in line again after its verified to get the check cashed.

  this is my first bank i opened an account in 2014. my owner i use to work for helped me open an account. Best customer service vary fast service. Best part is there app.. You can transfer, do a deposit , withdrawal do payment get discounts. I would recommend this bank if you have a family and want your kids to have an account. very safe and they act very fast if you are having problems with your card

  I am sitting outside the bank waiting for my daughter to cash her check. I have been sitting here for over an HOUR already, and she hasn't even been talked to yet. They finally got around to cashing her check a little over an hour and-a-half after we got there. . . . . Then they charged her $8 to cash it!!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would. To have people waiting that long to cash a check written on your bank and then to charge them $8 for it is ridiculous! I don't know how they stay in business with that kind of service. Horrible.
