  I absolutely 100% would never recommend Arkansas Federal credit Union to anybody. The Agents that work from home for the customer service is absolutely ghetto and horrible. The fraud department Is worthless and useless. They would literally embarrass you when trying to use your credit card over $34 payment because they don’t recognize the charge. The Zelle account The fraud department puts hole on those as if it’s not your money. If you change your address you have send a documentation to them or if the mail is sent back to Arkansas federal they charge you a five dollars fee. Whenever you call to speak to representative the whole time it’s almost 45 minutes an hour. This review is also for this location because of their horrible customer service and then the review was also for the overall customer service of the Company itself. I have also been with Navy Federal for 13 years and has never experience the type of stress that this company gives us members. So OVER IT………

  I had a pleasant experience with the teller. He was very friendly and engaging with the customers. I asked if there was someone that could talk to me about a loan. He asked me to wait in the lobby. A few minutes later, Nancy came to get me and took me to her office where she was very informative about their program(s). She was really nice and had a personal touch to her work. Made you feel welcome and comfortable. I have only been a customer for only a year and I have nothing be good to say about AFCU.

  The teller was very delightful. She explained things well. She wrote it down for me and showed me what each one represented. It made me feel self assured that I could use the information in the future. She was very understanding.

  My son and I applied for a small car loan so that I could help him build his credit. We were approved and I turned in all the required documents needed. We left the bank and was told that the loan documents would be in my email in about 2 hours to electronically sign. I called around 3pm to check on it and was told that it was still being worked. At the end of the day, I went to the branch on base to see what the hold up was and was told there was an issue with the title documents I gave them earlier. No one called me to tell me there was an issue with the paperwork. If they had, I could have given them more information. I waited all day and heard nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The only reason I came here is because I don’t have a local bank. Seems like they didn’t want our business anyway.

  This credit union is great for keeping your money however, DO NOT ever apply for a loan with the credit union. They will give you a lot of nonsense then give you a very high interest rate, then a lot of excuses. The highest interest rates in town!! Tried to give me some nonsense about how they made exceptions for me.They were doing me a favor. I am sorry, I do not recall asking for any favors. They lied about my credit score. Surprise, i do have the ability to look it up on Transunion. Seriously looking for a new bank now. Done with the credit union.

  I asked and was not charged for processing a cashier check. Being a long term customer no fee every so many years for any transaction will probably keep customers happy. My money is deposited and only touched a few time during the year,

  Arkansas Federal Credit Union Has Been There For Me & My Family When When Needed Help. You Should Always Have a Plan B Or A Backup Plan When Things Doesn't Go As Plan Or When You Have A Financial Burden That Come up Unexpected, Arkansas Federal Credit Union Is There To Lend A Helping Hand. I Thank God For Them. I Pray We Stay In Good Standings With Them Always.

  Don't bother trying to use their CC for any transactions. They will flag anything as suspicious and then freeze your card. They claim they tried to contact me but left NO message on my phone. I was seeing issues with charges being declined for online accounts before I realized they had mysteriously frozen my card over small transactions with reputable online vendors. They send a letter! I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this. I will not use this card again.

  As described in another review.. The overdraft fee's are ridiculous your balance will show you have an amount but the next day you'll have a negative balance.. Plus you can't get a loan without good credit so what's the point? The only reason I've stayed as long as I have is because my direct deposit hits on Thursday evening. I'm thinking of moving accounts.

  Had a wonderful experience with the whole team at the North Little Rock branch very nice people an they made me feel like I was at the right place to be banking an you can feel the same way join an see what I am talking about 😊😊😊
