  This bank closes its lobby at 5pm, which is an inopportune time when people get off work. The drive-thru is also closed, so you are forced to use an ATM or you’re just out of luck if you need complex issues handled. This is the largest branch in the city, so I don’t know why they don’t offer services that smaller banks provide.

  Arvest is no longer convenient due to site closings. They have very affordable overdraft charges.

  The new automated ATMs are efficient with clear and straightforward. I've been a customer at Arvest for years. Never once have I had a problem they couldn't fix.

  Travis Ledbetter was a huge help. He didn't bull$&#t us. He got right down to the facts and helped us get set up with an account fast. It was easy and he even stayed after closing hours to help us get set up. The atmosphere was great when we walked through the door. The staff was so friendly! Now we will just have to see how the rest of our Arvest Banking experience goes.

  I wanted to open another account since I already bank here. Was told to wait and sat around for a bit while people were coming and going. After a while I asked how much longer it was going to be. The person in charge of opening accounts wasn't even in. I wasted my time sitting around waiting while I could have been doing other things. I would have come back later. I left. I'll go to another arvest. This one has the worst customer service maybe because I was in my work clothes. Who knows but I won't be back.

  My money was stolen out of my account,while undergoing chemotherapy,and I was told that I had to come in person,just to prove that I had cancer. Worst experience ever. I filed charges against the bank. There seems to be a problem with this bank and people of African descent.

  I use this bank for my business. They have the best customer service very fast. every time i go in, i am in and out in 5 mins, most 10 min. and they are open late. Best bank.

  This Arvest is a waste of time now that the loby is closed and you cant see anybody through the window of the drive through. Best advice is to go to a different Arvest that pays attention to the drive through.
