  Great east valley location and 8 other locations around the valley. No fluff when it comes to doing business, the staff is experienced, helpful and the prices and bartering is reasonable. If you are looking for something different and unique, this is your place.

  Absolutely terrible service. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes and someone finally came and stared me in the eye and said "what's up do you have a problem?". Totally not the way you greet a customer, he acted so weird I even felt the need to ask if everything was okay and he said "yeah what do you want". Would never recommend anyone to go here.

  Went here for the first time on Sunday 4/14. Absolutely terrible service. ZERO customer service. No smile, no helpful tone. The guy was rude and it felt like he was bothered by helping me.

  brought my sks into dylan he converted to accept mags and showed me how everything works for free!! very helpful and knowledgeable gun smith, Very professional and respectful thanks man

  Went inside this place to talk about purchasing an xd handgun and the dude immediately snapped at me about not knowing what I was talking about because that was the gun I wanted. He flat out refused to get any guns out for me I have never seen anything like it in my life.

  Met with strange man at desk that knew nothing about watches or the cost of high end watches. I advise taking any merchandise to another shop this one is racist and not professional at any measure.

  Dillon… not the most personable person. Strapped with a pistol and a sour attitude, maybe too many video games? I thought the value of the items far exceeded what he offered. He offered $500 on a 4000 dollar ring? The worst part about all of this is the interest rate, 27%? That is so sad, I can't believe that people would pay this.

  Uneducated, very rude acted like he was a walking textbook of gun knowledge. Not to mention the disgustingly lowball offer on a piece of history! Please do some research and stop acting like you know it all.
