  The best financial institute ive ever dealt with. So good that even when I moved out of the area 2500 miles away I kept them. Back in the area again so glad I never gave them up. Never an issue with customer service or anyone in the loan department. This Credit Union is superior to any ive dealt with in my life.

  I’ve been a member of Trust FCU Credit Union for a very long time. I think when you have good Employees they should be recognized. Misty Anderson is just awesome always there to help. Anytime I need help trying to figure out things that was going on with my account she was always there to help me figure out what happen. She walked me thur step bye step to help me get back into my mobile banking with lots of patients. Most important every time I’ve misplaced or lost my debit card she has helped ease my fears with canceling my card and ordering me another one. Every time I call the bank it just brightens my day when I hear her voice on the other end. It gives me Reassurance to know that whatever I’m calling for the situation will be resolved. She makes me feel like she love her job and helping people. I would give her 5 stars ⭐️

  The hixson location has given us nothing but issues. Lying, rude and unprofessional conduct from tellers. If you are looking for a customer friendly bank, i highly recommend another location. Ive had an account with this bank for years and the one star is for how many times we have had a pleasant visit. I look forward to banking somwhere where the employees are honest and considerate and my business is appreciated.

  Today they stole $750 from me. I was trying to deposit the amount and they claimed it was empty. Then they changed the story and said there was only $190! Which she deposited in an account I was asking her to withdraw money from. And had no explanation of why she would do that if I was asking to withdraw, her manager said people make mistakes sometimes and she assumed you wanted them deposited( which I did not give her $190) so I answered so she assumed, while I am right there and can simply ask me right? Of course they had no answer. The conversation is not even recorded so it was what she said against what I said. They would not let me look at the cameras but they said they looked and they only counted $190. A theft at its best with the manager covering what she did. That employee with the red hair. Hixon branch in the north mall area. I brought the police and he could not do anything either.

  I started with a savings account and eventually switched everything over to Trust many years ago, and they've always taken great care of me. Huge fan, keep up the good work.

  I’m extremely selective with old fashioned values when it comes to customer service, especially with my money and where I choose to bank. TRUST (pun intended) when I tell you THIS is who you want managing your money and where you wanna do business. Customer service is top notch. I’ve banked in several states and have the highest standards and expectations. Jenna Garrett is the Branch Manager at the Hixson office and is literally second to none! Go see her, and you’ll be posting your own review here - GUARANTEED!!! ✔️

  Please please Do not deal with this scruffy bank ، They simply stole our money and said we didn't give them anything ،When the police came, they lied and changed their words several times Especially in this branch ، please don't make any account with them and cancel your accounts and Withdraw your money ، Because your money is not safe with them . You are just Gang not bank . I'm from AUSTRIA and you need A hundred thousand years to be like the banks there .

  So rude! No one tries to help you, it was only my 2nd time in there on my in laws behalf and I have never seen less effort in a business. I gave one 1 star because the lobby christmas tree was nicely done.

  I have a car loan through trust and I always pay more on my payments and never miss to day I received a late notice saying I have not paid yet so this time I had sent a check in and it was paid for according to my bank account two days and yet this is what I get I did send a note saying it goes to the principal but now they tell me it’s not a payment I have been paying on this for months and never had an issue going into the place and doing this now it’s a problem NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
