  I came across an ad on Facebook and reached out to Glenn Midnet regarding assistance with down payment programs. We were trying to figure out if we could buy or if we would need to look into a rental. We wanted out of an apartment. Glenn was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and was able to help us get approval for a home with down payment assistance. He was great through out the process and advocated for us. He connected us to a wonderful realtor and a month later we moved into our very own home! Amazing team to work with!

  Glen and his staff was awesome, with my last client that I was attempting to get into a home. Glen worked tirelessly and I am sure he probably put a couple of his other customers in second place to mine. When myself or my customer had a question, Glen was quick with an answer and if he didn't have one he researched and found an answer, the customer was not an easy approval but Glen I feel left no stone unturned in finding solutions for my customer, even contacting the underwriter to keep me and my customer informed at every step, even at times it seemed that he would head off the problem before it became a major problem. I will definitely recommend any customer I have to utilize his services without question, Glen helps to make sense of the mortgage industry, that is so complex, he is also very up front with you at the beginning of the process, yet he will work tirelessly to help until it becomes obvious that it will not be beneficial for any one. High Five Glen, keep up the good work.

  Spec house loans are much harder to get than they used to be. Premier Mortgage Consultants is by far the best company in Cape Coral. I wasted 60 days with two other companies. Glenn closed all three, for just 20% down each. I see why they have A+ rating with the BBB.

  Premier Mortgage took a challenge to work with us. We had obstacles but they were able to help us and make the process as smooth as possible. We were working with a previous mortgage company and found out Premier Mortgage is not only more competent but also the cost of refinancing was much less than we thought.   Premier Mortgage Consultants are miracle workers. They got me financed when nobody else would. They were in constant contact with me through the entire process. I knew I could pick up the phone and know exactly where my loan stood at the drop of a hat. And even though my credit and finances were abysmal they were able to secure an extremely low interest rate with a minimal amount down. I would recommend Premier Mortgage Consultants to anyone. You just cant go wrong with picking these guys.
