      Lines are always out the door. They only have two tellers operating at any given time and most of the time they only have one. Management refuses to hire more tellers (possibly due to corporate). But it's not all the banks fault. A good portion of the customers here are boomers who ask to withdraw cash. Apparently instead of learning how to use an ATM they'd rather waste all of our time and make us stand in a bank for half an hour during a pandemic. Ineptitude all around and no mask requirements. Bank somewhere else.

      Visited on 7/31/21 at 1130am. Stood in line just shy of an hour to get service. I try to take care of my finances at the ATM if possible to avoid the lengthy in person waiting times. Unfortunately, there were only 2 tellers to help customers. Some of the customers looked to be 80+ years old. This is a common problem at this location. I've seen these long lines numerous times over many years. The workers were very professional and kind today as always. This location needs to look at the customer service waiting times and address this issue that's been ongoing for many years.

      I went to open an account and experienced a very unprofessional event when the “manager” (Harveen Anand) called her colleague “senseless” as she was trying to help me despite the fact that I didn’t have an appointment. The wonderful lady that took care of me (Deborah) made sure my experience was better. There are different ways to refer to people and especially when there are costumers around. As a manager myself, I found this very unethical; I would never treat someone I work with like that. Nevertheless, I left the bank happy only because of Deborah’s amazing costumer service.

      None of your ATM Works try to pay my credit card bill by inserting a check in the ATM because your bank closes so early and I don't get there on time after work so I try to insert my check to pay bill and it doesn't even work what a waste of my time M&T Bank is much better glad I have my account over there thank God!! Because my husband has a account and he always has problems me I just have a credit card with y'all.

      Greetings,when you stop at this dying branch, bring a lunch.or some puzzles to pass the time.they don't care,ever since they closed the drive thru it's been bad.ive been a client for years since equitable trust.i live in Rosedale and they closed my branch.belair road you need a bullet proof vest.soon as I can I'm leaving.the bank the state you can have it .have a nice day M

      Same issue with no option to get $100 & $50 bill. This is my second complaint posting on google and I took a picture. It gave me all $20 bills. No option to get $100 or $50 bill. You guys need to follow the example of the B of A ATM machine by the Royal Farm on Middle River and Pulaski Park highway. Try to learn from customers request. Your ATM machines are useless.

      One teller over lunch hour. Waited over 30 min and still have 5 people in front of me. Literally, the worst service I have ever seen at a bank. Clearly based on all of the other reviews I am now reading where there is always one teller and incredibly long lines., this branch manager has no desire to correct a clear and long-standing problem at this branch. I will be moving my personal accounts to M&T bank where I always get great business service.

      Only one teller helping people while 4 people sitting at their desks doing nothing. Line out the door. Worst branch ever.

      This branch is awful. They have long lines, often only 1 or 2 tellers working with 10 people in line despite 6 teller stations. They shut down the drive through teller. Their account reps only staff one at a time. The manager will ignore high demand times and not help out. They have three desks for this area and only one staffed. Customers are always complaining. They do not have a merchant line for their higher paying business customers. This branch needs new management, training and a huge revision.

      Im a veteran that needed to make a bank account with my payee. I had a horrible experience with the bank teller. She was rude with my sister whos my payee. No one treated me with kindness. When i had all the information that was needed to make the account the teller said i needed to make an appointment in order to get service on a later date while she had no customers and time to handle the account creation. Overall less than one star experience i was fustrated with the overall experience.
