My wife and I bought our 1st home together and working with Barry Diggins made the stressful process much easier.   I want to take a minute and write about how satisfied I am about the whole process. I previously had an FHA loan with a 4.1% interest rate. The payments were not that high but I knew there were better rates out there. That’s when I was referred to the residential mortgage solutions. I had the privilege of working with Vittorio. He was very thorough and highly experienced. He clearly laid out the options for me and helped me pick the right option of refinancing my house. He locked me in for a 2.3% and my payments went down tremendously. I couldn’t have been more delighted and very thankful to Vittorio. He made the whole process so smooth and fast. I would highly recommend Vittorio if you have an FHA loan. Give him a call, I guarantee, you will be glad that you did.

  I had a such positive experience with Residential Mortgage Solutions . I refinanced my house and Vittorio Bongiorno was beyond professional through out the process. What I like the most was that he always answered questions and he is good getting back to customer in timely manner. He was very clear since day one , so there were not last minute surprises.   Robin was great! She really broke down each step and took the time to explain everything to me during the process. She was available at any time of the day and responded back in a timely manner.   Mike Caulfield at Cazle Mortgage was wonderful to work with. He was always available. He responded quickly whenever we contacted him about questions that came up. Cryptocurrencies were something new to Cazle Mortgage and Mike was a wonderful liaison for us. Cazle had a lot of crypto-related questions and Mike was able to "smooth out the bumps" and get us through the proceedings. Because of his diligence, the next mortgagor who counts crypto assets in their balance sheet may have an easier time getting through the approval process. Yay Mike!!

  Barry and his team were so helpful when I recently purchased my new home. They came highly recommended by my realtor, and they didn't disappoint. We were on a very tight timeline, and ran into some hiccups along the way, but they made it happen!
