  Reported to BBB Never had an issue until I left my id at home and was too busy to go back and I asked my friend to use his id was told that he wasn’t allowed to pawn and I couldn’t pawn my stuff Because he was there understandable. Next day I come in & the young lady refuses to help me because she said I was associated to that person when I have absolutely nothing to do with that person I’m not married to that person or a theif

  My Mom has an addiction so I constantly have to bail her out and have had to deal with pawn shops before. By far this place you want to stay away from. They dont accept debit or CC for pawns yet they take that payment for everything else. So if it's several thousand you owe, cash is all they take. Why you might ask? Well no other reason than to make it harder for you to get back your pawn. This is rare and in my unfortunate experience in dealing with these places, this practice is just one of many to get you to miss your payment so they can keep you pawn for pennies or you keep having to pay the interest

  This place is fantastic the best customer service and Joe is outstanding have been there quite a few times they know you by name and they treat you with respect love love love this location

  Years ago they were incredible to work with The last time I tried pawning with them, they were rude and offered very little assistance. Everyone's experience is different. So I wouldn't say dont go there, I personally just wont go back.

  Nice people but do not take any gold or precious metals here. They make you tell them how much it's worth instead of beinf fair and telling the customer what they can pay out for it. Also they weight everyrhing out of sight from the customer so if you dont know how much it weighs plus the price of gold plus what they give on that price thry will gladly screw the customer while rejecting any price thats fair. Gold father is a block away and will actually work with you.

  This is the only pawnshop I would go to they really do work with you if ur buying or if you became in a jam and need to pawn either way they will work with you… and they also have great deals on buying .. 😊

  This pawn shop has their jewelry scale away from the counter so the customer cannot see what the jewelry actually weighs. Do not take gold, or any precious metals or diamonds anything value here.. you will not get what it is truly worth.

  I have been using this shop for years, they are a little disorganized but overall they have always treated me great. I had forgotten to make a payment and when I called they told me that it was fine and that I would not forfeit my pawn. Their prices are not as bad as some people think and if you know what you are looking for and know what it cost you can usually talk them down to a reasonable price. Everything I have every gotten from them has worked and if there was a problem they have helped me with getting it fixed (either in house, out-sourced or by getting another item or store credit) this is what I expect when dealing with any business. Just know what you are willing to pay or take for your items and you will be fine. GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE!

  They need to work on being more customer experience friendly. I use to work for the company and I had never had to go away from where I wanted to be serviced at, just to go back to the same spot. When I use to work for them you went to the customer and fulfilled their needs. Definitely not customer service friendly.

  People are great and they have alot of great things to choose from.
