      The workers there are great people. Mostly Irina Z she helped a lot and was very nice. All the employees are very friendly they will do everything they can to help. There are nice and pleasant girls with great experience. I wish all of you luck and thank you very much for your service.

      I came here at 3:25pm today and waited patiently in line. And my turn only came at 4:50pm. There was also a woman that came here after me, but the lady that works there let her in before me. I told her that the woman was after me. But she lied to me that the woman had an appointment. She was also rude to me. I knew that the woman didn't have an appointment because when she entered the bank, she had also waited patiently in line. I heard that she didn't have an appointment and she just wanted to open an account for her daughter. The lady that was rude sits far back from the entrance on the right side.

      Poor customer service. You need to make an appointment for everything you try to do. And yes, not the same day, but the next day. Rediculous.

      Disrespectful teller Irina!!! This was worst teller experience I had. I don’t to bank much anyways given everything can be done online. I went to bank today to show my kids how bank looks like. Irina didn’t have the courtesy to greet, kept me waiting although I was first in queue. She didn’t ask me which account she would like me to withdraw money from and told me to move aside without letting me count the money. Worst customer care experience. No doubt why banks are closing and why people don’t like to go to banks anymore. I tried to call the manager to complain about this as well and will follow-up.

      Horrible customer service. It took 25 minutes to make in person deposit. Only 2 tellers and both are supers slow and absolutely careless. Manager is talking with just a single customer forever. This situation needs to be fixed. People have things to do except waiting in a line.

      I visited the Feasterville branch of Bank of America and was helped by John Priole. John was extremely helpful with all of my financial needs. He educated me and got us the best possible rate. I am so pleased with the service that John Priole and the Feasterville bank of American branch gave to me.

      I had the worst customer experience in my life, I never felt so humiliated, discriminated, and deceptive by someone. Amani showed lack of professionalism, poor judgement, provided extremely poor customer service, and threatened me for not doing her job after 2 ID verification and approved authorization from another branch. Never banking with Bank of America again. Take your money somewhere else. They don’t deserve your hard earned money.

      I work in social services and am a signature on several individual accounts as part of my work. I cash checks or withdraw money at least monthly at different Bank of America locations. The account situation is a little confusing so it usually takes a teller that doesn't know me a few minutes to figure out the system. However, the teller at this location immediately said "You need a slip to deposit a check," "You're not on the account," "No, you're incorrect" before I could get a word in edgewise or explain the situation. She cut me off and told me "No" about 5 times before she went and spoke with another teller and was able to complete the transaction. This whole process of her not listening to me and honestly, treating me like I was lying, took 15 minutes (just to deposit a check) while other customers waited behind me. I'm generally happy with customer service at other locations; I understand that the account situation is complicated, but I was very unsatisfied with the teller's brash, rude attitude, and the fact that I had to interrupt her and speak loudly and slowly just so she listened to me. I will not be visiting this location again.
