  Was there yesterday, and the members of staff were courteous and professional, from the gentle man confirming appointments to the lady that attended to my wife and I. Was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work guys.

  I have been banking with you for eight years. The teller acted unfriendly. I had a large check to deposit and my sons name was on the check too. So she said I have to bring my son in person This check was only mine his name was added because he is on the deed to my house. My son works and will have to take off from work just to show up at the bank. You don’t know your costumers or care Carole Law Decatur Ga

  I have had a lot of weird things happen that should not (concerning issues in life that sometimes directly effect banking)and will always inquire about why a policy might be this way or that if it will make the difference , however in general ;(bank of America)and this location in particular is able to sometimes resolve banking issues that some of the other locations may not be able to..They usually have impeccable customer service even if the customer is not having the best day and shows it...they are usually friendly...I appreciate them

  No one at the branch answers the phone: EVER. The address of the Branch located at 815 Commerce Dr, Decatur, GA 30030 is not shown on the BoA website under branch locations. Silly, incompetent.

  Why is this location with its brand new building closed on a Thursday?
