Matthew Bretherick1I NEVER complain about service. As a small business owner, in customer service, I understand most situations. Bank of America needs to address Management whether it is district or just Franklin needs to address the staffing issues. Every trip to this branch, and the closed location isn’t helping, is getting worse and worse. I just waited AN HOUR to get to the tellers! I understand that your main money is from loans and what not, but when those employees (and management) aren’t helping anyone, they need to be able to jump behind a teller booth and help people when the lines are out the door. I’ve had accounts here for 15 years and I’m about to move all my accounts to other banks this is outrageous!

S. Barrett1Go to any other Bank of America location. The manager at this location was great. That is the only great thing about this location. Unfortunately Karen M. povided terrible service. This was the second time we've been to this location in the last few months and received terrible service. We had opened a new savings account (over the phone) and needed to sign the paperwork to add our signatures to the account. You would think that would be easy, unfortunately it was not simple. When we asked where we should send the paperwork, Karen told us "I don't know you're going to have to call." Meaning that we were going to have to call the 800 number to find out where to send the paperwork. Since we opened the account over the phone she said we had to send the paperwork via mail. Instead of offering to find out where we needed to send the paperwork she was making us do the extra work. Supposedly we are "Preferred clients", but we weren't treated as regular clients let alone preferred clients.
Response from the ownerHi, We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team and would like to know more. DanO5O1This dusty, understaffed branch killed it for me ...you lost a customer of 12 years...well done. You shut down the drive-thru tellers, ATM only. So I go inside to find a long line and only 1 teller. Why would I continue to bank with you? Goodbye.

Ross Caldwell1I only gave one star because google won’t let me leave no stars ! I had previously been to BOA in Houston to close a diciest accounts. Had done everything there. Left with a reference # to take in after legal Dept clears documents. Went to Murfreesboro branch to finally close accounts. Was met at the door by a very abrupt person. Wanted me to rifle through all my paperwork while standing. To make sure I had what they needed. I tried to explain BOA in Houston already did that. Kept interrupting. When I finally got in an office the person that came in immediately started giving me all the reasons why she couldn’t close accounts and issue cashiers checks. After some circular conversation it was apparent to me she wasn’t doing anything for me. I did share with her what I thought of her and her employer. Only open the door to this place to get all your money OUT !

charlene jones1I have been dealing with this Branch for over 1 year. Not once have I had a good experience. They lost my driver's license. They've gotten rid of all of their drive-thru tellers. When you go inside, because that's the only choice you have, now there are always lines of 10 or more people. They do not have enough tellers . However, there are always three to five people standing at the front welcoming people into the bank.I'm so frustrated. If it were not for the fact that this is the bank my employer chooses to bank with, I would not ever come to this bank or any of the other branches of Bank of America. Worst bank ever!

Bella Walker1On April 8, 2019 I sent a Bank of America a money order which would have brought my account balance to zero but they still to this day have not given me credit for my payment. Bank of America stole close to a thousand dollars from me. I have contacted them several time for months with no response. Bank of America stamped the back of my check on April 12, 2019. Bank of America claims they never received my payment. I have already sent them a copy of my receipt and they have proof that I have paid my account in full. Bank of America has still not given me credit for my payment. I have been trying to settle this dispute since April 2019. I would love to talk to someone in management that can clear this account up for me. At this point I just feel like Bank of America has stolen my $990.44. I’ve had to contact an attorney pay more money out of my pocket because this bank is nothing but low down thieves who think they can get away with stealing people’s money. Looks like I’m going to have to take this to small claims court to get this taken care of. If this is the kind of banking you would like, Bank of America is for you.

Andrea Painter1I go to this bank every week and have had good experiences with all of the employees, until today with Mary which unfortunately has ruined my experience. I went right when the bank opened at 9 (sat in my car so that I would be able to go in right at 9) and I get to the front and Mary tells me that it is their bank "policy" that they cannot deposit that many deposits for a business and that I have to use the night drop off box. I told her that I have never been told this before and that the other girls who were currently working usually help me with no problem and that I do not want to use the box encase there was an issue with my deposits. I want receipts to show that I deposited the cash for the business. She says "I have a huge line" and pretends to go and ask her manager if she could and comes back and says "it is policy" very rudely. Sounded to me like she just didn't want to help me at that moment. She was super rude and very dismissive to me when I told her I still needed change regardless of if I can deposit the deposits. I told her I only needed 4 rolls of quarters when she puts 8 on the counter and she yelled at me for her mistake. After looking around the building for the night box that I "have" to put it in, I go back inside and talk to the front greeter to find it and I asked when they changed the policy. She said that most people prefer to use the night box, but that if I wanted to wait she could have given me the receipts. I wasn't going to get back in line and wait after I was already the one in front. Mary wanted to save time for herself and waste my time. All of the other employees will treat you like a customer, but not Mary.

Amie Hessey1I can in to the bank today to make two simple deposites. When I made my way back to the tellers, this is what I experienced: there were 7 people in line and two tellers (one of which truly appears to need more training). The best part was, one of the tellers called back a customer that she had just finished with and , in front of all of us, proceeded to ask him what his interest rate on his mortgage was! Are you kidding me? I understand that bank employees are pushed to get the bank more business than just a regular account. But, if that's the case, have enough staff on hand to assist your customers! And ask personal questions in a way that others can't hear.
