  I have had the good fortune of experiencing amazing friendly customer service. It’s a breath of fresh air to see the diversity that exists in the work place. I would be remiss to say I haven’t had frustrations with the new changes, however as time goes I see the mission of Truist and the great value it brings to the customer and the staff. I pray for those that insinuate discrimination from a group of diverse positive staff striving to turn your DIME into a DOLLAR 💵. Please reflect on your own issues before you make such damaging remarks on people you have no idea of. Good luck to all enduring the banking transformation and may your profits grow!

  This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! I am so frustrated because I can't get answers or my problem resolved. I try calling several times a day, no one ever answers(screening my calls). On the rare occasion that I have gotten an answer, Jason Johnson, is always with another customer and they take my name and number and they will have him call me right back. I have never received a call back or received a reply from an email that I've sent. And do not bother calling the 1-800 number because they can't help you either. I have done everything that he's asked me to do to get power of attorney for my aunts account. I have brought in all paperwork that he's requested after stating they won't except the forms I've turned in because of my aunts signature. I have to take time out of my busy day to go up there in person and they still can't help me. I've been working on this for a month now. Ridiculous. I'm about to shut her account and move it to my bank. At least they have customer service.

  I’ve been with Suntrust for LESS than a month and I’ve had 2 MAJOR issues with them. My account is now overdrawn $500 because they obviously don’t know how to do their job. I deposited my check almost 5 weeks ago from work and they’ve now charged my account with my check plus an overdraft fee. Why? I’ve been on the phone with them for 30 minutes and still can’t get any answers. DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST!!! DO NOT!!!!! Closing my account today!

  My parents opened an account for me when I was 6 so that I could save money. When I turned 17 I wanted to open one under my name only. I went in and talked with a banker (I hope that’s the right term) and he sat down with me and we looked at all my options. It didn’t cost me a cent and I walked out with two separate savings accounts and a checking account with a debit card on the way. I can’t remember his name, but if you guys read this and you remember me, Thank You! You guys are doing great.

  Always a wait, and forget aout getting someone the phone. Ive been doing business with banks for over 40 years, and this branch is the worst I have ever dealt with.

  Twice they've lost my cash ATM deposits. Have never had that problem anywhere else.

  Slower than molasses, slower than Christmas, slower than... well, you get the picture. I've been banking with them for over 35 years, and it just keeps getting worse. Time to make a move.

  Rudest banker ever. Terrible customer service to business owners. Closed all of my accounts and went across the lot to 5/3 where they still know what customer service IS!

  Terrible experience! Wanted to open an account and they asked me a tons of questions just because I am Hispanic and theat me unwelcome and very racist experience.
