  I’m proud to say that I’m a 25- year-old homeowner thanks to Music City Mortgage. Last year in 2021, I was in a place to buy and a relative of mine had previously gone with Music City and raved about their service. As a Nashville native, I felt it was really important to me to also partner with a locally-owned business to help me buy in my hometown. They absolutely did not disappoint. I felt supported and taken care of by Paul and Debbie, who were excellent with communication and made sure I was always on track to meet closing date. They offered the best mortgage interest rate (note that I compared quotes with 3 other lenders) and helped my pre-approval and application process move quickly as the market was incredibly competitive back in 2021 — even more so than today. Best of all, they were patient with me and walked me through everything as this was my first time. I’m incredibly thankful for Music City Mortgage and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Nashville.

  I have been working with Paul, Debbie etc on my multiple properties for those years. They always provided the best rate to me, they are professional and made the process easy, none of my loan applications has been failed. and the closing are always within 30 days. I recommend them to my daughter when she bought her first house, she was happy working with them as well. I strongly recommend Music City Mortgage to anyone who is seeking a good mortgage broker.

  Paul and his staff at Music City Mortgage are amazing!! We are first time home buyers, and Paul was so informative and helpful! He gave us the best rate, and helped make our home buying process so smooth. Any day, any time, EVEN when he was on vacation Paul always answered the phone and worked the numbers for us!   Paul and the rest of the team are amazing. We were first-time homebuyers and nervous about the prospect because we were uninformed. Paul took the time to walk us through how much we could afford to spend, answered all our questions, and never pushed us into a decision. He was very responsive, funny, and kind. On top of having UNBEATABLE rates (and believe me, we checked around), he let us know about the Homes for Heroes program to save us even more money. Five stars are not enough for Music City Mortgage!

  This is the second time I have used Music City to secure my mortgage loan for a house purchase. Paul and Debbie covered everything well ahead of time and made this the easiest part of my home buying experience. They are simply the best at what they do.   If you are new to the housing market or just looking for a great mortgage company, look no further than Music City Mortgage.
