Bernadette Holguin1I visited this location for a simple request - to add card/online account access to an existing account holder. I arrived at 1:40pm but the associate would not assist me because "it would take longer than 10 minutes". I was told to call the 888 number for assistance or to open a new account online and transfer the money. Maybe your sign should say you close at 1:30 because the lights were out and computers were shut down and apparently no one wants to work.
Response from the ownerHi Bernadette. We’re sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and we would like the opportunity to speak with you to help with any account related concerns. A.A. McDaniel Hamilton4I came by this location today as a result of the other locations being closed at 4 pm. This location didn't close until at 5 pm. I walked inside and was able to meet with the teller and the customer service rep to get the business I need accomplished. I sign the paperwork that I need it and I was on my way out of the bank. the area is neat and the teller was friendly and quick with the items that I needed.

Mary Rouse1I've tried for more than a week to speak with a live person at this branch. I realize that there are staffing shortages but it seems like at least one person could be assigned to answer phones. My question could be answered with a phone call, but now I've had to make an in person appointment to get the question answered. Answer your phone please!!
Response from the ownerHi Mary, we apologize for the experience. Please note, our financial center associates will try to answer any calls they receive to the best of their ability. As this is a financial center (not a call center), our associates may be assisting customer who are currently at the center. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you need further assistance, please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. ^chris

Chris W.1Prepare for a robot greeting. I remember when this bank was helpful and the staff was knowledgeable. I have no idea what has caused this sharp decline in overall experience. This bank should be at the top of its game and class. It is centered in the middle of one of the fastest growing and wealthiest places in North Texas. There is no room for this level of service. If I didn't have customer loyalty or money in this bank as a whole and this was my new customer experience I would turn around and go elsewhere.

Sam Capo1I have been a customer with Back of America for 10 years. Today's I was told by Ms. Laura I should close my account and go with another bank. I lost my job due to covid-19 I've been struggling to find work so my account has been quite low. A charge came in that put my account into the negative and it was continuously charged to where over 350 dollars were taken out of my account due to fees. I went into the bank to get this resolved and Ms. Laura had no interest in helping me. I don't know if it was my young age or the fact I had no money but I didn't seem to be worth her time. Instead of trying to fix the issue she continued to blame me and told me I should close my account and bank with someone else. So to anyone struggling don't go to bank of America try chase.

Andreas Siegmund1Once a good Bank of America branch this location becomes more and more terrible with unfriendly staff that has no intention to serve customers. When you file an official complaint nobody responds. Customer service of the poorest. Plus, once open from Monday to Saturday this location opens now from 9A to 4P and is closed Saturdays, which makes it difficult for working people to visit the branch.

Brett Walker5Ester and Eric are great and very helpful. I needed things last minute and they chose to put the customer first and work within their schedule to still follow rules around COVD19 and help out our small business get some last minute work done during Thanksgiving week. This is the customer service I love to see!

Albert Wiersch3Nice bank but only one teller made it take a little longer than it should have. UPDATE: Reducing to 3 stars because calling them on the phone is a waste of time as you have to deal with their annoying automated phone system instead of talking to a real person... and then when I finally got to choosing the option to talk to someone at this location, no one answered and I got hung up on. UPDATE 2020-06-09: Went to close my business account because I've moved it to Chase. Service getting it closed was good, but waiting a long time in the teller line to get the funds from my closed account was way too long. They only had one teller working for most of the time. LEaving at 3 stars.

T. L.1Its been impossible to speak to anyone over the phone here. After a few rings, you are redirected to the automated message prompting you to schedule an appointment to come in (from the boa website). I miss the personal touch Bank of America used to offer.
