  I have purchased my first home here in Texas recently. As the interest rates are rising up so quickly and I was looking for a Lender to lock-in the best rate and to close the deal on-time to win the bidding wars in this crazy competitive market. Based on the Google reviews, I reached out to multiple lenders to compare the rates and their responsiveness. Luckily, I called Judy and she has provided me the best rate across all. And more importantly, Judy and her team is very proactive in moving up the things fast, patiently guided me through the entire process and they processed the mortgage loan two weeks earlier, well ahead of closing date. Judy and her team did an excellent job. I strongly recommend this Company and if I buy another home, J Philips Inc is going to be my lender.

  One of the best refinance experience. I have bought and refinanced several properties. This one by far was one of the easiest, hassle free process.
