As much as I love this banks online services, there customer support is very poor. First off, get rid of the 100 question survey from the automated computer answering system and just answer your stupid phones! Second I deposited money last Friday and today (Tuesday) you tell me that you are returning a check because my deposit hasn't cleared yet. Any decent bank would have looked at the account and saw the money was there and not returned the check. Instead I get a rep on the phone that is reading a script and said they are unwilling to help or look into it. Sorry to this branch, but your parent company doesn't pull up on google reviews. Go figure!

I don't know why I bank with them? I have non stop issues online and my mobile app. Can't access my bank account bc I've been locked out. Their telling me it's a provider issue. I have two routing numbers for my business and personal account and can't accept ACH payments. This is rediculous. I'm locked out now and can't access my money. Nothing but issues with this bank, try elsewhere.

This location needs to be updated. This isn't even the bank? Very confused and unsure of why the GPS took me here..not sure how to write a complaint with Google maps to be updated

Showed up during regular business (9-5 Mon-Fri) hours and they are closed for lunch. Makes no sense and the lady was incredibly rude.

Review edited after going back several times and receiving great customer service. Thank you for listening. Terrible customer service today. Usually it’s okay, mediocre at best. Went through drive through waited about 3-4 minutes and pushed call button a couple times. The lady was around the corner just having a conversation with a coworker. She finally came over, and was just huffing with attitude. She sent a withdraw slip without a pen. And went back to her conversation. Another person than came out to help us, she was nice (hence 2 stars vs 1). The Capital One location in Lewisville has top notch customer service, will drive an extra 10 minutes to that location from now on. Every time I come to this location I’m sorely disappointed, or offended by the unnecessary attitude. If you hate your job get a new one!

      Response from the owner

Absolutely horrible service I came in to talk to a banker about some problems I am having with my credit card account and a lady with colored green eyes said no banker are available and told me to leave and just call the number on the back of the credit card but there was one just sitting at her computer and the place was empty horrible service here

I never thought to review a bank location but I had such a fantastic experience here that I must! I've been to this location several times in the past few weeks due to buying a house, and all the things that go along with that process. The staff here is always incredibly kind and patient with me. It makes a difference when business employees remember you and share the little joys with you, like buying a house. I'm really bad with names or else I would give direct shoutouts, but overall the entire staff has been awesome!

      Response from the owner

The last thing home-buyers need is an uncooperative financial institution - guess the other banks haven't caught on yet. Congrats on your new home! ^AS

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE BRANCH. ATM machines at this branch literally break down, eat your card, eat your deposit half the time. They freely admit their machine outside is not even serviced by them. One time I drove by to find MSDOS Windows rebooting on the ATM drive thru. Another time just a screen saying "sorry we're offline". Had to drive to Southlake. This is your ATM machine. That takes your money. Another time it ate my cash. No apology from the branch. No customer aggravation credit. They don't care. Today their machine inside the branch ate my wife's bank card. Manager was AWOL. Some clerk could care less. Gave me the "have a nice day" F-U salute and kept her bank card. Total could care less attitude. They're closing branches like out of business gas stations. And they expect you to trust going to Target to use their ATMs when their own bank ATMs are usually broken and "need software updates" (their words). We're moving our accounts. Joke bank.

      Response from the owner

This definitely isn't the experience we're going for and we're getting this to our ATM techs to make sure everything's on the up & up. ^NW

DO NOT use the ATM here! ATM did not dispense money but deducted from my account. When I called there was no help! They simply tell you to dispute. Spoke with 4 people including a manager and no help at all. Will never go back!

      Response from the owner

This is definitely not the experience we are striving for. We'll roll up this feedback and get it in front of the right eyes.^FP
