  If you are looking for banking for checking, saving, car loan, CD, and so on, look no further! Credit Unions are where you should bank, not banks! Because credit unions are NOT for profits! We went to open a checking account with Kaley at Highland Village NCU branch for my mother who just moved here from out of state. We had great experience! Everything went smoothly, and it's been years since I opened my last account. We are looking forward to banking here again with their products and services!

  I switched over in large part of how bad my experience was with the bank formally known as BBVA. NEIGHBORHOOD CREDIT UNION is by far the most reliable, personable and with better returns on my accounts. When I was looking at Credit Unions, Neighborhood didn't have the turnover in staff that a well popular other C.U has. Great Company!!

  I came in with a issue my current credit union left me with, and Justin killed it and took care of all of my issues and opened a new account for me! Super positive vibes and work ethics I’ll definitely be a customer for life

  I recently moved to the area and was looking for a credit union to set up an account with. I found this credit union and it was so easy to set up an account with! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus the app is super easy to use and convenient. I would definitely recommend!

  Keydra and Justin are phenomenal. Quick and very easy to work with. Very cordial. Even at 5:00 closing time!! Highly recommended!!

  The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Every time I come here they are eager to always be as helpful as they possibly can and are very kind when doing so. Never once had a bad experience here in the years I’ve been coming here.

  In the matter of about 1 hour these cats had my rate, loan, and paperwork done for my new vehicle and I was driving off. Great rates even on used trucks. I’d definitely recommend them.

  This bank and their branch manager will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with their service and get you what you need. I've never experienced a bank like this one.
