      Not the bank I started with. NEW NAME SHOULD BE THE LONE TELLER BANK. SHORT OF TELLERS FOR YEARS NOW. Wake Forest/Raleigh and Prescott AZ are run the same way. THERE ISNT ANY SIGN POSTED AT EITHER LOCATION THAT THEY ARE HIRING TELLERS. it seems simple to me, maybe bonus payouts are taking all the cash. Just closed on a house, if the service was better I would of deposited proceeds at BOA

      I have had a long standing relationship with Bank of America, but my experience with this branch in particular has brought me to sever my relationship with the business. They do not care about the relationship with their customers and they especially do not care about their customers time.

      Opened an account online and even got an email saying I was approved and that I was going to receive some mail in the next few days with my account information. The following week I received a letter saying my accounts was closed! There was no reason even explaining. Would not recommend Bank of America.

      This is by far the best branch of Bank of America in the North Raleigh area. Every time that I have gone in, the customer service has been excellent.
