John Sultzbach5I am transitioning away from one of the ‘bigger’ banks for various reasons. Recently set up accounts at Fidelity Bank in WF and it was a fantastic experience. Stephanie is excellent to work with as is the entire friendly and caring staff. So nice to get away from the large ‘corporate’ bank and work with a local bank where I am cordially welcomed and known by name. Should have done this a long time ago.

ghazi samet5This is the absolute best customer service you can ever have with any bank .All the people that work here are so nice, very personable, just like cheers they know you by name, as soon as you walk in they will greet you by name all the employees here are really really nice.Malori, Patricia, Bernadine, and Stephanie. Just remember these names those are the people that will give you the best customer service in the banking industry. Thank you Fidelity Bank for hiring people like those.

Customer Service is outstanding and I love my business checks, deposit slips and stamp. I feel Fidelity Bank is part of my team and business success.

If there's ever a question about anything regarding our account, they are quick to research the answer and get back with us. We are extremely happy with Fidelity because of the people behind the name!

The time that the staff tiok to get to know us and understand our banking needs was a refreshing throw back to when your banker actually knew you and remembered your name. My husband and I felt we were being welcomed into a community not just a business transaction. The staff has been consistently this way with every visit. It has been almost a year since relocating and I would highly recommend Fidelity to other newcomers to the area.

Wayne Pratt1Banked with Fidelity for several years and discovered other banks offer higher interest rates for checking, savings, and money market accounts. When I requested to begin closing out my accounts, the mgr. stated we could offer you higher rates... they needed to do that before I threatened closure. Am now receiving about 3x their standard rate. The tellers - not the higher ups - are very friendly and focused on customer service.
