  I am transitioning away from one of the ‘bigger’ banks for various reasons. Recently set up accounts at Fidelity Bank in WF and it was a fantastic experience. Stephanie is excellent to work with as is the entire friendly and caring staff. So nice to get away from the large ‘corporate’ bank and work with a local bank where I am cordially welcomed and known by name. Should have done this a long time ago.

  We have had a great experience with Fidelity Bank. Their customer service has been amazing, and you really can feel the difference in using a local bank. Everyone is very integrated into the community and wants to see our small business succeed.

  This is the absolute best customer service you can ever have with any bank .All the people that work here are so nice, very personable, just like cheers they know you by name, as soon as you walk in they will greet you by name all the employees here are really really nice.Malori, Patricia, Bernadine, and Stephanie. Just remember these names those are the people that will give you the best customer service in the banking industry. Thank you Fidelity Bank for hiring people like those.

  I've had relationships with many banks over the years. During COVID I was introduced to Fidelity Bank NC through the PPP loan application process. I LOVE my new bank! Customer Service is outstanding and I love my business checks, deposit slips and stamp. I feel Fidelity Bank is part of my team and business success.

  30 + years ago, Fidelity Bank gave us a loan to start our business. All of the loan officers and tellers are extremely friendly. If there's ever a question about anything regarding our account, they are quick to research the answer and get back with us. We are extremely happy with Fidelity because of the people behind the name!

  We are new to the area and when we were looking for a new bank, Fidelity Bank stood out. The time that the staff tiok to get to know us and understand our banking needs was a refreshing throw back to when your banker actually knew you and remembered your name. My husband and I felt we were being welcomed into a community not just a business transaction. The staff has been consistently this way with every visit. It has been almost a year since relocating and I would highly recommend Fidelity to other newcomers to the area.

  My friend and I started a small lawn care business and opened an account with Fidelity in Wake Forest. Stephanie Brown assisted us with opening the account and ordering all of our supplies. Malorie Hoy-Ingold even helped, my tech-challenged self, with setting up my account on-line. I could not have asked for more from a bank. Easy to do business with and the small town personal touch still exists at Fidelity Bank.

  Banked with Fidelity for several years and discovered other banks offer higher interest rates for checking, savings, and money market accounts. When I requested to begin closing out my accounts, the mgr. stated we could offer you higher rates... they needed to do that before I threatened closure. Am now receiving about 3x their standard rate. The tellers - not the higher ups - are very friendly and focused on customer service.

  We have banked with Fidelity for over 30 years. Having them in our Historic Downtown is a valuable asset to all of the other businesses in town to cover all of our banking needs. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Wake Forest area!
