      Unbelievably slow, they leave half the doors locked during business hours, rude managers. avoid this branch if your care about your time.

      Very busy branch with long wait. Last 3 visits averaged 20+ minutes for me

      They never ever picked up their phone, no matter what time of day you try to call. Made an appointment online and had to be there with the appointment to know that the service I need could not be provided by the bank. Horrible experience.

      This branch never has enough tellers. It shouldn't take 45 minutes on a Wednesday mid day to get to the 1 single teller that's working. Management needs to figure out the scheduling!

      Standing in line as I type, I know there are Covid protocols but they are not the only bank dealing with it and this branch is the worst, over 30 mins in line which is ridiculous, sooooo slow and inefficient. Maybe take example from other branches because some people can’t stand this long and we are on our time not yours. Super slow branch no urgency and ridiculous.

      Probably the worst customer service ever! They will not negotiate their own check if you don't have an account there. They want to force inclusion, I asked for a manager and a little kid comes out and says that he's the manager. He looked like he just got out of college. This is exactly why I don't bank with them they're all liars. Thank God for Union Bank. Honesty people to invest your money with and no BS

      Was denied notarization of a signature for my document because it was in a foreign language... please refer to CA Secretary of States website for its 2020 Notary Public Handbook, which contains laws relating to notaries public. On page 20 it states: “A notary public can notarize a signature on a document in a foreign language with which the notary public is not familiar, since a notary public’s function only relates to the signature and not the contents of the document.” Went to get my document notarized elsewhere with no problem. Maybe they should review their notary’s knowledge and qualifications because this is unacceptable. If I hadn’t asked, I would’ve waited 30 mins before she would tell me she wouldn’t notarize the document. Ridiculous...

      I understand the corona virus situation but they are closing early, then make you wait outside in the sun then if you don't make it inside the door by 4 o'clock your out of luck. The least they can do is let the people in that were waiting in line before closing time.
