  Just had a loan refinanced. It took forever, I don't receive responses in a timely manner and the only time I did was when they wanted me to sign the papers. Interesting. I got a good rate, so hopefully once things are set up I don't have to talk to anyone... Because in my experience their service has been extremely poor. I'll change my review if the service gets better, but I don't see that happening.

  Spoke with Jason, a transfer rep. HORRIBLE customer service. Was extremely rude and condescending when I asked a simple question. Then started asking personal questions that have nothing to do with my accounts. WOW. Great company, terrible employees.

  Worst bank ever. No communication, nobody seems to know anything about accounts or loans and you get transferred over and over again just to keep getting hung up on. Will never have another loan or account through them again.

  Very poor service. When trying to log on while in another country they have blocked my account. When I tried to call the 800 number from Canada it would not go thru. So I used the chat and was told nothing he can do. He gave me a 714 area number to call. When I called them long distance I was put on hold. After 37 minutes long distance no one ever answered so I finally gave them a call back number. After another 30 minutes no one has called me back yet. Not happy!!

  I've been banking here for years and never had a problem. I love credit unions and this place welcomes you with open arms. Sometimes the tellers can feel like they are selling you car loans, etc...But that's not their fault. They are probably being told they have a quota but not sure. Either way it's a great place to have handle your financial needs.

  Great knowledgeable, friendly, professional people, to help and guide you in transfer, or movement of any funds. They made it very ez for us to start a MM account and new savings & checking accounts. Would recommend, no long wait, like banks, and very personable and polite. *****👍

  I am completely disappointed in the service I am currently receiving on my ReFi. I started this process in July it is now November. This is ridiculous! It's impossible to speak to anyone. I understand people are working for home, but I have a few friends who have gone through other finance companies and have completed their ReFi in a couple months. I just want to speak to someone who can answer some questions! I will never use NuVision for any home loans again.

  I have been banking with NuVision since 2009 and I have loved their service all the while. However, in October of 2019, I made two principle payments towards my auto loan with NuVision. Somehow, these payments were sent to my old finance company. I have not been refunded. Neither Nuvision, Bill Pay, nor Hyundai will take my calls. If you have any advice, PLEASE HELP

  I have been a customer of NuVision Financial Federal Credit Union since the early 90's. Any issue I have ever had was quickly corrected by their courteous and professional staff. In particular, Branch Manager, Bill Bejarano, offers an unparalleled personal banking experience because he truly cares about the members and whats more he is fantastic at his job. Also, Asst. Branch Manager, Matthew Fabre, is cut from the same cloth - courteous, professional, and more than just competent, he excels at his position. The whole staff at NuVision are more like friends and less like employees of a corporation and I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else. If you do bank elsewhere, I advise you to step up to the best and bank at NuVision for the best banking experience anywhere! Thank you friends at NuVision for putting people before profits, and valuing relationships more than fees.

  My wife and I were planning to move to California and needed to get a home loan. NuVision was very helpful and walked us through a lot of the intricate details since we are both independent contractors which makes it very tricky to get a loan. The walked us through the process and made it very painless - while we ended up not moving at that time, we will definitely be going with NuVision when we make the move! They were great and the customer service was second-to-none!
