  Marlene was very knowledgeable on the loan and escrow process during the purchase of my home. She needed a minimal amount of information to get me locked into a rate prior to the interest rates jumping a point. She explained all the detail expenses that appear without explanation on the loan papers. She was happy to run me through these cost to ensure I understood them to my satisfaction. As the price of the house was re-negotiated during escrow, she adapted quickly and worked with me to understood our new down payments and loan costs. We closed in one month.

  My loan officer Marlene Assali did a fantastic job with my loan. She kept me informed throughout the process and described everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was easy to see that she has the experience needed for when things get complicated to keep us on track without causing my family any stress. She secured a great rate for my new home and made the whole process clear and simple. We exchanged several calls during the process and I never listened to her voicemail message once. If you want to work with someone who always picks up the phone and will keep you in the loop then you should use her service. I assure you that you will be glad that you did.
