They should close this location and turn it into something more useful…like a Blockbuster Video. Does Bank of America not require some sort of minimum lever of customer service to be provided at its locations? I think if they do this sorry excuse for a branch would far short of any requirements.

Tyrique Peoples1Worst bank of america in all of las vegas wait time for available tellers are ridiculous today I went in and there were literally no tellers available everytime I go to this location im waiting around 20 minutes just to cash a check today was my last straw if you're reading this find another location trust me. Also I've encountered with multiple staff members who just seem like this isn't the occupation they really want no one is smiling or nothing I think corporate needs to make a visit anyone else agree???

nick norcia1Wait times are the worst in Las vegas at this location, typically 15 people in line with 1 teller and 5 other employees opening a couple bank accounts. Management has failed us at this location horribly. I use bank of the west and am on and put with no issues, only come here to deposit and it's horrible ever time

Nikko1Old Female Hispanic teller wouldn’t honor cashing a BOA check that comes from a reputable company. She lied and said they can’t cash checks that exceed $2,500. I regularly cash these checks at other branches on a regular basis. She also claimed to be the manager but I highly doubt it with her demeanor towards customers. I was going to move my business to BOA from WellsFargo but I will keep looking elsewhere. I can’t bank with a bank that won’t honor their own commercial checks. Businesses beware.
