  My husband and I wanted a small loan to help build our credit with a reasonable percentage rate. Creditkarma suggested Oportun. So we applied and were approved. The online application was quick and easy, but unfortunately we were unable to sign to our application online. Soooooo….we had to visit their location on Tropicana. Glad we did, Linda is a rockstar! She made the end of this process smooth and easy. We are now on our way to building our credit. - C. Gonzales

  Had some concerns after going into location to help out a family member. During Covid times you’d think advertising being for the community it would be easier to get a loan. Was going to give this place a 1 star. However Linda Flores is the only reason I’m not. Why? Because she was respectful. Heard my concerns and answered everything truthfully and to the best of her knowledge. If it wasn’t for her I’d be leaving a 1 star. However, this is still a good place for a loan. Ask for Linda. You won’t regret it. Almost lost a customer if ms Flores wasn’t as great as she is! Thank you Linda.

  The oportune Rep in ocotillo plaza is very thoughtful and took her time to help me after I was sent away from the oportun on Eastern and Bonanza because the lady couldn't help me. Great customer service is why people will keep coming back to this location.

  OK OK I was in your store today and I received excellent customer service from a young lady her name is Johanna her last name starts with an F and in this area you don’t see too much good customer service anymore but she was very kind and patient with me and I just wanna say thank you for having such a good representative at your corporation thank you
