  Horrible place. Terrible staff. Under educated. I brought a brand new laptop in asking for 50 dollars on loan. The rep who helped sat there while i put in all the passwords so he could view the specs, when i turned it to him he closed itand said he didnt need the specs. Waiste of time. Then he said it wasnt worth a penny. Went to EZ pawn and they said i could borrow 100 dollars. Then i went in a week later to buy a wii. Asked if they make sure there stuff works the manager said yes. I get home and it wont accept disks. Then they charge me 5 dollars to buy a different model to rectify the issue. Worst pawn shop iv ever been to in my life. And i use the service often. Will never go here or any super pawn again

  1.0 star rating 1/31/16 After Many Years Of Being a Customer At this Location Since 1998 I Have Seen the Transition of Employees in this Store Come and Go. The NEW Manager "Eric"is NOT a Customer Serviceman Whatsoever. First I've Bought and Got Loans from this Location on East Flamingo and Haven't Ever had any Problems With This Pawn Shop Ever , Until this Afternoon. I Had Read Reviews About This Store Which Were Bad Reviews and I Couldn't Believe the Bad Experiences That were Written About This Pawn Shop. Now I'm a Believer . I needed to Get a 7 Inch Screen ; Laptop to Replace My Friends Wife's Asus as a Gift , So When I Went in to Pay Interest on My Second Laptop Which is an HP 2000 ,I Ran Across a Nice Looking 7inch . After Paying the Interest on My Laptop ,I Browsed and Saw a Nice Looking 7Iinch Asus Model eee. Tried it Out and It Worked Fine. I Got the Clerk to sale it for an Even $ 80.00 . I Shipped the Laptop to My Friends Wife and When She Went to turn it On , The Screen Would Not Light up. So After Checking the Possibilities of Trouble Shooting Was the End Result of Having the Laptop Sent Back to Me to Return . They Give a Thirty Day Warranty on Electronic Items. I went to Return The Laptop and Asked to Speak with "Eric " the Manager , and He Tells Me that I Needed to Check with the USPS Who Shipped the Laptop. Regardless I Feel That He Should Have Honored My Store Credit Because I Just Wanted to Exchange and Pay the Difference on another 7 Inch Laptop that I saw on the Shelf. I Even Explained to Him That it Already Cost Me to Ship it and For my Friends Wife to Ship it ,and Furthermore it Would Cost Me to Ship it Back. So "Eric the Manager Still wanted to Brush Me Off and Not Just Accommodate Me as For Being a Loyal Customer . So I Had it with Him and warned Him of their BAD business Practice and That they would All Wind Up Unemployed By Lack of Customer Care and Service . Especially Being a Near Twenty Year Customer . Besides I Would Have Had to pay the Difference . They Are Very Greedy and Selfish ,Giving People Loans and Marking the Prices Up Way Over What they Loan Out. I Was Done With Them ,So I Just Got My Hp Out Of the Store Before Interest Time on the 15th. I Paid the $ 139.00 to Be DONE With Them and to Let them Know It wasn't ABOUT Me Scamming them and Being Crooked Like they Are Indirectly...... But I did Not Want to Do Business With Them Anymore. R.I.P Super Pawn 1040 E. Flamingo Las Vegas Nv. I Will Never Buy or Do Business With Them Again and I Wouldn't Recommend Anyone Either , Because they Sell JUNK !

  I bought a camcorder yesterday and I can't explain how many little problems were with it. Workers and even the manager wouldnt take it back just 15 minutes after I purchased it. DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS UNLESS YOUR SURE OF NO REGRETS.

  This place SUCKS. Poor customers service. I bought an HTC Amaze which after the 3 days stopped working the store wouldnt give me the cash back, only store credit so I purchased the Sony Xpheria only to have the battery fail. I demand my full cash back and will not do business here AGAIN

  I got pretty pissy with the asst. mgr. because I had to wait so long to get waited on. But I got such a fantastic deal on a laptop that is transforming my life that it was worth every second. Thanks SuperPawn!

  The people at this store are there real Pawn Stars of Las Vegas these people help me every single time I've never had a problem and when I don't have money at the end of the month I've always got some kind of help these people not some kind always and I love their prices they gave me great deals too Flamingo SuperPawn are the real Pawn Stars of Las Vegas !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Use to be amazing now they have all these new people working there who do not know anything. No wonder why all the original employees left. I will never return and I have stopped referring people there
