  Some characteristics of a GREAT customer service include promptness in delivery of services, politeness to every potential customer and professionalism even in instances where the customer is unsure of what to believe. There are no words to describe how Katherine Baumgartner made us feel like we were on 'TOP OF THE WORLD . She was always there to answer our questions , never a DULL MOMENT!! Excellent customer service from the beginning till the END! And of course , Ryan was absolutely GREAT as well. GRANITE MERCHANT FUNDING is the BEST!!!   I had already been approved with another lender and Ryan reached out to me and worked hard to match the amount and terms that would be suitable for our needs. I was very close to going with the other company and after being told i could get funding same day like most companies only for it to drag out into a week long process.
