Alex Nayberg1My daughter went in to cash a check she got from a reputable business. The teller took the check, gave it to a "manager" to make sure it's "good" and that was the last we saw of them. I had to get back to work, so my daughter had to wait forever to finish her transaction. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. What a complete lack of respect for people's time. I've been with them since they were Seafirst and I might take my business and go elsewhere. Unacceptable customer service. Just terrible.

Clara Stylishliving1This branch does not value time. We were told to wait 45 minutes for service then they told me there is another appointment and sent us home. Meanwhile, the manager is conveniently on the phone. Bank of America does don't care about customer service, period.

Andrew Van Ness1Every time I come here it’s a 30+ minute wait for a teller. They usually only have one person working. And their ATM has continually not worked for simple tasks. I went 7 minutes up the road to the next B of A and there was no wait and no issue. Will never be going here again.

Michael Rayz1Awful and pitiful bank branch, easily the worst in my life experiences. From not being able to be staffed (blame Covid all you want), to lack of knowledge on the teller line about the most elementary tellering banking transactions. The branch manager here is practically a one woman show but I feel bad for her. She deserves better. I now use bofa solely for online banking otherwise all loan needs, business needs, investment needs, and just about anything else I use banks that are run far superior to this bank. You need help here

Vlad Pigin1Completely incompetent staff and management. Took 3 people to pull up my business account. Could not verify me for 40 minutes. Then told me to go to other branch to do a cashiers check there as they don't know what to do. I have not see the level if noncompetence this bad. Then they told me if I loose my 0hone and can't verify things via it I can't be using their services pretty much. Just a garbage branch and other reviews kind of tell you the same.

Jason Perkins1Awful! Refused to cash their check, issued to me by my long time employer. Downright refused because I don't have an account with them. They don't honor their own checks. BofA has been the worst for as long as I can remember, this just proves it again. Only one teller, no manager, or anybody with any clue of what to do. Rekha was extremely rude and arrogant, shifting the blame to someone else... Typical

Yogesh Kakodkar1I had gotten a Cashiers check which I ended up not using during covid times as the payee was not accepting any new payments. So the check expired after and I called the BoFA to inquire as to how to get my money back. They told me that they cant do it on phone and I would have to visit the bank and they would do it. I went to this branch and told them I want to cancel my check and get my money back as the check had expired ( by one day) they said they could not do and asked helped from another lady; that lady said I should use the ATM and write cancel on check. Thankfully I did not use the ATM as when i called the 1-800 number again they told me i should definitely not put it in ATM and that would mean I wont even have the check with me and would cause even more delays getting money back. I went to BofA in LFP and they cancelled it for me without issue. I am glad this branch is currently temporarily closed and hope this closes for ever as the tellers here would have made me lose my money.

SickSalvation841Saturday morning. Huge line out the door. ONE teller with some sleezeball in his office playing around on his phone. Totally crazy to just be looking at this line stack up OUT THE DOOR and not have all staff hands on deck to take care of their business. If you want a great bank in canyon park stick with chase across the street.
