  I am a local business owner and regret setting up my business bank accounts with this company. I’ve showed up multiple times after closing my business to make it here and they’ve just decided to close for the day for no reason or without notifying or updating google. This branch specifically is disorganized and understaffed. I’ve had to come back to sign papers they forgot to have me sign. Always a huge wait. It’s also very difficult to get a loan with them so I’ve had to go to different banks. I will be moving my accounts over as soon as I can.

  Drive through ATM is definitely convenient especially on the go but at times it can be a long line with some people taking their sweet time but the inside branch is actually nice with excellent employees and managers.

  We got here at 420. The sign says 5pm close and 3 women walk out at 430 and my husband wanted to make a deposit. Instead he had to do the ATM deposit...could of gone to a different location to do that....rude women, horrible customer service. I'm sure they come in late too...

  There’s zero way to get in touch with humans. You call. They never answer. And then there’s no wait line, no call back, no message leaving they simply hang up on you. Cute. This is where I feel I want to entrust my money to…. If you’re struggling, shut down. don’t string people along.

  I was written a Bank of America check from a Bank of America member and whet to this location to cash the check. After sitting at the teller dest far too long I was then told they could not cash the check. I asked if the person who wrote it to me had insufficient funds in the Bank of America account this check was written from and she said no there is money in the BANK OF AMERICA account but she could not cash it due to needing a signature on file. I was then told that I "can try" and cash it at my bank. Not feeling too good about TRYING to cash it at my bank but ok.... Just seems odd that Bank of America is allowing members to use paper checks that can not be cashed. 🤔

  I walked in here, to get help with my lost card and they just gave me every possible excuse to not help you. You don’t feel welcome, you feel more pushed away.

  This place is a full service branch, but … there is no service. It isn’t just an atm location like some of their other places, but they only ever have one or two people working here. If you need a teller, you have to wait for someone to emerge from an office. Sometimes I can’t wait for half an hour and end up walking out because I don’t have time. I asked if they would eventually get more people and they said no. That was it! So it’s not even a pandemic thing. The people here seem frenzied and don’t know what they are doing. Weirdly, they’re always trying to sell me more things without caring what sort of service they’re giving on the things I already have. After I’ve waited a long time do you think I really want to talk about a third credit card! No! And why do they close at 4? I have to leave work to get things done. I waited a really long time for Bank of America to open more branches in Colorado but now It seems as if the plan is to have buildings and skeletal staffing. I feel duped. It was always “Thanks for your patience while we build more branches”. I am tired of driving up to Boulder or Cherry Creek to get a teller who knows what’s going on because those places seem in decline as well with less people and long lines. Had enough of the corporate bull. This type of company can’t be trusted. Opened an account elsewhere today and moving on. I have been with Bank of America 30 years but I am not the customer they want any more.

  They hands-down have the most amazing staff. Everyone has treated me amazing service every single time I come in. On top of that, they are so professional.

  Fresh and clean building, amazing people doing a great job inside too. Team is very friendly and professional. A way better place than Chase bank down the street. Thanks to Frankchesko opening a business account was a breathe. I wish everyone a success and a good time at work.

  This is just because I have to add a star. This Bank has one teller working who will sit there and talk forever!!! Well the line just keeps getting longer if you come here to do any kind of financing anything they make you wait such a long time the manager really don’t care… great bank but needs more tellers And I need to care about their customers time
